I don?t really like giving bad reviews but why is it that every single time I come to this Krispy Kreme they always seem to be... out of everything. Today specifically ticked me off because of the thanksgiving mini pies that are limited. They did not haveenough for a 16 count which there had been a coupon for online and had none of the doughnuts that I wanted and to top it offwhen I asked for hot chocolate there was not any. Do not order delivery from them. Delivery is only available via apps like DoorDash and Krispy Kreme management on Stassney knows... this and uses this as an opportunity to rip customers off by getting your order wrong. This has happened to me twice and bothtimes my order was slightly off and tasted stale, as if they were trying to offload products from the previous day. Forinstance, I ordered glazed original minis and received minis that had all sorts of toppings I wasn't interested in and tastedlike they were from the day before. Avoid delivery at all costs. Drove 10 miles to this Krispy Kreme location to try out the limited-edition Artemis Moon doughnut that was being debuted on... launch day. This was my first time having a Krispy Kreme doughnut and was thoroughly disappointed that I couldn?t go inside. Thedrive through was only option if I wanted to get a doughnut and so I had to drive back all the way home to eat it!!! The personin the drive thru window said their AC was broken and hence have to keep the restaurant closed to customers. The doughnut itselfwas absolutely delicious! The lunar launch doughnut is filled with cheesecake-flavored creme, and dipped in a cookies-and-creamicing!! Too bad this location represents the brand so poorly!!! Read more
I love their doughnuts, but they are always out of half of the doughnut option that are suppose to be available. Takes all the... excitement out of it. They usually say they are under staffed, and that is why there are not alot of options. Also there Drivethru speaker has been broken for quite some time. Read more
This place is horrible, come on you can't tell me that they still haven't been able to get the speaker fixed.. it's been at... least 3 weeks based on the other reviews. This location should just close its doors for good. Read more
Staff was amazing and very helpful. Despite their speaker being broken in the drive thru they were efficient and kind. Manager... on Duty - Ronnie was a great help, very accommodating while also being an advocate for her employees. Thank you Tony, Sara, andRonnie for making our little event even more special! My favorite donuts, service was not good but donuts was lol, coffee sucks and she overfilled it made mess in my car
All I can say is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! Went via the drive through and ordered a dozen donuts. When we got up to the... window to pay, there were two people at closed window and they still made us wait close to 10 minutes just to pay. Figured, thatthey were making a new batch or something and that was the delay. When we finally paid and got the donuts, we were given a boxof cold old donuts. So we went ahead and asked if we could get a fresh batch and the girl at the window just said ?no? andclosed the door in our face. Seriously!
