I always wanted to try the king sized Texas katsu, so I got it to share with a friend. When I went up to get it, I was... pleasantly surprised that there were actually two giant katsus waiting for us. Amongst the two of us and two others who tooksome as well, we only finished one katsu. They blew me away with the quantity. Now for the quality part. The curry sauce ispretty necessary to have since katsu in general needs a bit of sauce. It felt more like gravy so that was interesting. The rice, slaw, and mac were forgettable. I think I?d come back for this again but share it amongst four people while they bring somebetter sides. Read more

The portions here, are huge! And tasty as well! Curry Chicken Katsu - 4/5 The sauce is amazing. The breading on the chicken is... crispy, and the chicken itself is super juicy. The rice was a tad bit over cooked, a little soggy. This spot is reallydelicious. Read more

"The best Korean style Katsu ever I had in my life." No discussion is needed, just try a king size TX Katsu (appx. $20). Its... quality and quantity are second to none! Tastes 3X better than Namsan Tonkatsu in Seoul. I will definitely visit again! Thankyou Kobako Katsu! Don't forget to take advantage of .99 beer from the 'Let Me Talk'. Read more

Fried chicken portion was 5 small pieces for the $16 entree. I repeat.. SIXTEEN DOLLARS FOR 5 SMALL SLICES OF CHICKEN. They... forgot the rice to the katsu dish as well. Mac and cheese is simply boxed craft macaroni, completely bland. Everything is toooverpriced for these portions and lack of flavor. I'd rather just go to olive garden or chilis at this point. Sad. This placereally fell off I used to enjoy coming here but the last 3 times it's been like this Read more

Hmart food court area. Pretty crowded on Sunday so it was a little hard to find a spot. The wait for our orders was long (almost... 30 mins). We ordered a katsu combo and a chicken cream pasta. Food came out good but not great. Read more

It?s great katsu! I have the cheese katsu and it hit the spot. The cashier was nice and it took a few mins to come out. The... presentation was nice and it came with a cup of miso soup! The vibe is nice and has many choices nearby if someone in your partyisn?t feeling katsu. Overall a 5! Read more

I ordered the Texas King Katsu and I really did not expect to be the actual size of Texas haha. Really though its huge and... delicious. You can even hear the cook or whoever pounding the pork in the back tenderizing the meat so you know its fresh andauthentic. The Texas King Katsu can easily feed two to three people so keep that in mind if the price kinda scares you. Lovethis place and I hope we can keep going back often. Read more
