I was at the restaurant at around 10:00pm on 11/18/22. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I sat at the speaker in the... drive through line for almost 10 mins. There were only 2 cars in front of me. I?m a very patient person, but I was just leavinga 12 hour shift. After waiting patiently, I drove to the pickup window and immediately received an attitude from the Hispaniclady and younger Hispanic Male. They were extremely rude for absolutely no reason. How do you get mad at a customer for notdoing your job? It?s fine because I?ll complain every single day until they?re fired! EVERY DAY! Getting out from work super hungry went there to get some food, food tasted horrible, lady didn?t give me no ketchup- no... silverware ???? I went back to ask for silverware and she said she didn?t have any so I said how em I supposed to eat my food. Iwas eating it on my car because I had other errands to run. She was like idk we don?t have any silverware how can they beselling food with no silver ware and only give out 2 ketchups for a lot of food. Rude girl btw never coming back to thislocation. I ordered and stayed in line for awhile. I asked for six dollar box crispy. When I got home the chicken had no crust and looked... like it had been cooked a long time ago. Slow service and chicken had no taste. Will not be returning. Read more

Employees literally hid under the counters to avoid coming to the drive thru window, refused to make our Doordash order we... already paid for when we finally got them to come to the window, and then after we suggested it would probably be bettercustomer service to not hide when customers approach, the employee called us ?Karens? as we were driving away and then screamedrepeatedly that she wanted to fight us while hanging out the drive thru window. I think there is something wrong with this location and they must be at risk for being shut down. The chicken was soaked in... grease, skin falling off and had a bad taste. Ate 1 piece, but not the rest. The drive through staff was very rude taking orderand giving it. She said they only have water or unsweet tea. I got the tea, but it was rancid, which would be bacterialcontamination. I explained that the tea is bad and she laughed. I asked for a water instead and even the water tastedunfiltered. No receipt -- felt sick within an hour. I hope that management reads reviews and addresses the experiencescustomers have. Read more

Lobby and restaurant was closed at 9 and hours say till 11pm. I go to door and see all 4-5 employees eating at tables and don?t... even acknowledge me. It was 3 young guys and a big white lady. Not cool then I went to the drive thru and they couldn?t evenanswer me. Smh. It?s 8/12 and this happened at 855pm. Do better KFC. Like do all your employees have to have the samebreak/lunch time??? I would give this place a zero but not available. I ordered a 3 piece combo and a big combo with 2 sides. The girl taking order... said we don?t carry any 3 piece with two sides. So right there I should?ve drove off. Not only did I get 2 boxes with 2 burnedpieces of chicken. No two sides in box. No receipt in bag for me to look up number. Natalie informed me she would not give me arefund without a receipt. I explained I didn?t get a receipt. I explained that I live 40 minutes away. So to drive back it wouldbe 40 minutes and drive back home another 40. So she said sorry without you bringing all the product back she would not give memy money back. So I am missing a side plus a piece of chicken. So don?t have everything I ordered. I asked how can you servesomeone crispy to the point that it is burned chicken. She said oh I know that?s the way our chicken is coming out today. SoNatalie knew how burned it was. So I asked her should you ask do you mind this chicken this way( burned). I told her once againI want a refund. She said no because you are just going to eat the chicken and then we will give you a refund.
