Ok... Honestly don't know how this KFC is still open... Store was somewhat well kept. Not the best hygenic appearance but was a... very busy moment at the time. Chicken was disgusting. Soggy not crispy. Extra crispy turned out to be extra soggy. Was going tocall management but I didn't see the point. Just won't eat here again. Could of been an off day but from the atmospheric vibe Ifelt like this is an everyday sort of thing. Sorry KFC you need work. Read more
Got the order perfect and the lady at the drive-thru couldn't have been more polite.
Cannot fault the staff in here today, my son came in and wanted a specific meal combo. But they no longer had it but they went... out of there way to make it for him. Never got the name of the staff but it was about 1900 I came in. Thank you for making myson happy. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Took a lunch break (break is 30 minutes) drive thru process took 37 minutes. I finally went inside with my... receipt and no one came to the counter for 10 minutes!!!! Finally I'm demanding my order and the order is incorrect, missingitems, they had no biscuits, food was dried out and cold and to top it off everyone was rude and racist comments were made. I went thru the drive thru tonight and David took my order unfortunately he didn't ask what side I wanted with my meal assuming... I wanted fries, so I pull up to the window and asked if I could have mash potatoes instead so the girl said sure she rang it upand all, but unfortunately I still got fries ????. The food and service is horrible. First time I went I ordered a pot pie fill-up and they forgot the cookie. This time the bucket... of chicken is just straight horrendous. We ordered half original half extra crispy and the food looks like it was eaten and spitback out. On top of that it was literally just COLD, like you could tell it was microwaved and not even for long enough. Theside were okay at least (if they remember to put it in the bag). Not only one, but two people argued from inside this triflin' KFC with me at the squawk box that KFC does not have a chicken box... of 5 pieces of dark meat for $5. They insisted that I must have gotten that at Church's or somewhere else. Perhaps, they didn'tnotice that by ethnicity and 66 years of chicken-eatin' experience I am a chicken EXPERT! Just ask Fuzzy Zoeller... Now, afterI drove 14 miles to the best KFC in Central Texas at the Wells Branch exit from the 35, (of course, the KFC at the 79 exit inRound Rock is in the race, too!)... So, after I drove for 24 minutes, I took pictures of the KFC and its sign clearlyindicating that, not only can you get a $5 five piece box, but you can also get $10 ten piece and $14 fourteen piecebuckets!!!
