KFC near by my apartment. I been there many times and used gift cards . Yesterday I went there again but some reason might be... error or technical issue my gift card was keep decline and I didn't have credit card or cash after many attempts to swipe card Idecided to leave but there was an angel Ms.Tresa Cook. What an amazing customer service representative at that KFC ????. Shehelped me and handed over me entire meal . I would definitely go back there just because of her. Read more

Service was incredibly slow even though there were only 2 or 3 customers. I ordered online for pickup and it was ready more than... 30 minutes after I showed up. Better go somewhere else especially if you are in a hurry Read more

Horrible service. They just killing time talking each other and don't care about you waiting for hours. I wanted to have a time... with my son sharing a KFC but after being ignored inside and see they just talk and served someone in drive thru, we decided togo by car. It was worst. They just close the door in our face with no explanation. My fist time in this location and definitelythe last. Read more

The service is typically good and the food quality is consistent, but the drinks are consistently weak. It?s been like that for... months and it doesn?t matter what drink I order. They either seem watered down or still. It?s gotten to the point that I don?teven bother getting fountain drinks from this location anymore. Read more

Well. After months of not eating at KFC I had a craving. I stopped at this location and quickly learned this was not the place... to expect any type of positive customer service. I came thru the drive thru and wasn?t greeted for some time. I order (or atleast tried to) but every other word was interrupted? very frustrating. I got to the window to pay, he didn?t say anything otherthan ?$7.72?, took my money, then closed the window and that was all. About 2 mins later he opened the window to hand my itemsthen immediately after closed the window and walked away. There was no goodbye or ?have a nice day? or anything. I waited for acouple seconds because I also didn?t get any napkins forks and my straw was dirty (the paper is legit sticky and stuck to thestraw itself)? he never opened the window again. Eventually I drove off like ?okay??. At least The chicken was fresher. Outsideof the chicken being fresh this time, I don?t recommend. Read more

Ordered online, the receipt was correct but I did not get my large fries or mash potatoes. The biscuits were way too hard, it... feels like I?m biting into a rock. They did not give me my sauces. I would like to know who I can talk to in order to get arefund on the items that were not in my bag!!!!! Read more

Had extra crispy. The crispy was rock hard, uneatable unless you removed all skin and crispy. . . Biscuit was so old, betting it... was left over from yesterday I have not done KFC in years; wonder how they stay in business. Threw all away and I am not thatpicky. All was terrible. Read more

Right now this location only has the drive thru open, and lobby for take out. All employees are masked. I've been doing... Doordash with them during this time and have been very pleased with the service I have received. My orders have always beenaccurate and packaged well. Nothing spills on the way home, everything stays in their containers. The employees are prepared forDoordash pick ups. I hope this standard continues when the business opens fully. Read more
