This location is one of the worst, service, the way they greet you etc. Probably last time I order here, I placed my order in... the drive thru.. and she repeated an entire different order back.. no biggie right but then I get to the window and they arearguing over weather to give a guy sides he asked for but wait then I got my food and when I get home it?s missing items? ifthey spent more time on service and not arguing they might get their job right? I never eat at kfc and I definitely never will go near one, I was placing an order but for someone else. The customer service... was terrible from the start. They had no sodas, only dark meat, no extra crispy chicken, and a ?35 minute wait? for any freshchicken,? and they forgot a item I paid for. On TOP of that there was no receipt given to me, because, ?the receipt printerdidn?t have any paper, and they can?t reprint it.? When I could clearly see the paper coming out the machine. I will never come here again. I was disappointed with the chicken I received. It looked like it was shredded. I had the... supervisor, I believe, look at it and she said it was fine and that it was the air fryer. She replaced it and I paid extra forbreast. I did not get the breast and the chicken was so small. I can't believe this is KFC. Their attitude sucked. I'm so sick of coming to this restaurant and always being disappointed. They either are out of dark meat or they're out of white... meat. They're either only accepting cash or only accepting credit card. Either way it goes every time I come to the drive-thruthere is a problem. This was one of the most disappointing visits I've ever had at a kfc. This place was just filthy on the inside. The mat by the... drink station was just covered in mud and dirt tables weren't bused. The fry cook kept coming out hanging out with hisgirlfriend and then coming back to the line without washing his hands! I normally like to sit and eat in the restaurant. Idefinitely did not do that this time as the floors were sticky and they're really there's no place clean for me to sit down.There was hardly any customer foot traffic nor was there much drive thru . I ordered original recipe chicken without realizing Iwould actually get the first original piece of chicken made. This chicken was dry tough and just not good, mashed potatoespretty good but you have to really try hard to screw that up! I don't want my money back I simply won't return to this location. Read more
Wife went to Ed Bluestein location wanted two 5piece tender boxes but just didn't want the drinks and the cashier Kea instead of... just not giving her the drinks charge her a la carte and cost my wife and extra 9$ for chicken tenders and two individual sides C'mon man really people are watching there budget for food and instead of charge for the combo's to charge for the same food ata higher price really this cashier needs so retraining to save customer money and still receive food withing a reasonable pricethis is bad customer service she could have a ask a manager for assistance but didn't you'll need to get it together absolutelyunacceptable and just deplorable service really lame ??????
