I was surprised by how good the tacos were. My boyfriend who goes over there said they were good but I underestimated what he... meant. The tacos a pretty big and 2 are enough to fill you up. Compared to torchys you get more food here. The inside was reallyclean and had a ton of bright light. I had the al pastor taco that was really good. I also had the fajita which was also good,but the pastor was better. My boyfriend gets the fire chick and the rise and shine. The only compliant he?s had is that thetacos are really oily and greasy at times, but not all the time. Unfortunately it results in him having heartburn. He also saidthat good has gotten significantly better over the last 2 years. The wait time was incredibly fast, even when it was reallybusy. Quick, tasty, and affordable Tex Mex food. They have a range of hot sauces from mild to really hot! There is parking available... as well, which is often challenging to find for restaurants in the area. We ordered a couple of tacos each. All were quitetasty. If you like chicken. Happened to be on campus so decided to give this taco restaurant a try. Wasn?t expecting much given that due to its location it... catered to college kids mostly but was pleasantly surprised. The tacos were well put together and very delicious! We tried thechicken fajita, fried avocado, Baja shrimp & the John special taco?all of them were very good but the tortillas were not madefresh. My husband and I went while staying at hotel Ella and it was pretty good! We were totally prepared for a mediocre chain college... taco joint but there were some tasty combos and naturally in its namesake, the queso was nice. Somewhat of a queso Blanco andnot spicy at all.
