Picked up a burrito from here, which at $14ish was not a bad deal Surprisingly tasty! And wow the hot sauce they packed with it... was HOT ???? I eat quite a bit of spice but the skin around my mouth was burning after I had that! Fair warning! The line ispretty fast moving but I didn?t have any juices while there because there did seem a bit of a wait for those Of all the foodoptions in the airport I think this is as healthy as you can get! I am a juiceland regular but had a very unpleasant experience here. I tried to order the originator with an extra scoop of... protein, but the employee there this morning, said he couldn?t do it because he?s not doing specialty drinks. I explained calmlyit wasn?t a specialty drink - just an extra scoop - but he cut me off and repeated himself word for word in robotic fashion - ?Iam by myself I am not doing any specialty drinks.? He seemed irritated and then aggressively said ?bye! He didn?t show anyempathy or provide any more additional information when asked. I understand he has limited bandwidth to make subs but stillexpect a level of humanity from customer service. Read more
I love this place! I stop here every time I?m in Austin airport. Only complaint is they don?t have an option to leave a tip on... my credit card. Come on JuiceLand, hookup your employees! Read more
Let me first state that I love Juiceland and visit at least 2-3 times per week. When placing my normal order for an originator... with hemp milk instead if apple juice, the cashier interrupts and says there are no substitutions. I ask if the have hemp milkand explain that I can't have apple juice. He says yes, so I ask why he can't just add the milk instead of the apple juice andhe says they can't make substitutions at this time. Since that was not an explanation, I am still not sure why and the onlyreason can guess is maybe they implement when it is busy. It was completely dead with no one in line and no one waiting. Bottomline, they weren't able to accommodate a simple substitution due to a dietary restriction. Read more
Great smoothie. Nice staff. The guy in front of me must of changed his order 3 times. Once while the staff were in the middle... of making it and they were super nice and accommodating. It?s a shame corporate/whoever doesn?t allow digital tips. It?sliterally reducing the money in your staff?s pockets. Read more
