Fresh ingredients and clean restaurant with fast service. However, they are recently extremely chintzy with the amount of meat... and cheese on the sandwiches to the point we all had to actually search our $50-worth of sandwiches to find the meat. It didn'tuse to be this way. I called the store and brought it to the attention of the staff, but the manager (who wouldn't even come tothe phone) said that's the portion amount they are told to put on the sandwiches. We will be going to Thundercloud and JerseyMike's instead from now on. I hope you have a better experience than we did. Read more

First time visiting this location. We dined in. The only lady wearing a mask took out order and she was very friendly. Our... order took no time to prepare and it was made right. Older gentleman behind the counter came to check on us shortly after andwas also extremely friendly. We did not get the sense they beg for tips in any way shape or form. Five Stars, the sandwich was great! On a side note: Please don't make your employees beg for tips. We don't mind if you... increase the price in order to pay them better but please spare us the awkward interaction of being asked for a tip at a fastfood restaurant. Read more

From the first time I tried a Jimmy John's sandwich in Chicago at a new store opening some 20+ years ago, I have absolutely... loved their sandwiches. I always get a #6 Veggie (best sandwich ever) but have had bites of many others as my family experimentseach time we visit. I have yet to have a bite of a sandwich I didn't like. This specific location is new, close to my home(yes!), and lives up to the Jimmy John's standard I have come to love. The restaurant is always clean, the wait fairly quick,and the staff competent, attentive, and kind. One man, who may be the owner, works especially hard at making me, his customer,feel like my business is appreciated. Oh! And they generously offer a military discount at this location (not all locations do)so don't forget to ask for it. Finally, they have a rewards program that was fairly easy to sign up for which gives you freestuff after a certain number of sandwich purchases. I have already earned and redeemed a free sandwich and today I just earned afree bag of chips. Awesome! (Clearly I eat here too much. Ha!)
