If you order from here for delivery, I hope you enjoy never getting your food or a straight answer. I pre-ordered for a noon... delivery; the tracker didn't say "Out for Delivery" til 12:30 pm, then my food never showed up at all, and there was noresolution until I called at 2 pm to ask where my food was. They said it was showing as delivered, when no one had approached myfront door and there was no food on my porch. They had zero interest in figuring out or explaining why my order was late tobegin with (I had called previously at 1 pm and was told only that it was out for delivery). Read more

Put in a lunch order on Monday, picked up my order and when I got home realized the wrong sandwiches had been out in our bag. I... called the store to let them know and the GM, John, was very apologetic. He comped my order and told me to give him a call nexttime I wanted to love an order and he took care of it.
