The lady making the sandwiches whom I was not speaking toopens her smart mouth and says 8". I told her thanks. The guy taking my order looked at me with suprise after her comment. Food delivered 45 minutes late for an event. The manager was super-snippy and unapologetic when I called the restaurant to... inquire about our order. I am yet to received the "detailed message" she said she left me about the delay in delivery - nobodycalled or left a message and I was left holding the bag for 22 people waiting for lunch at an event. Unfortunately for JJdowntown deliveries, you are forced to order from the same location even thought the service there is pathetic. The deliveryperson is sweet and nice and I feel bad he has to work for such a poorly run restaurant. Read more
Gave me my sandwich with tomato and mayo after i specified no tomato or mayo, no big deal, mistakes happen. Go back in to ask... for a remake because mayo is the worst and I hate tomato, and the girl I ordered from less than 5 minutes ago clearly remembersthat it was a mistake and its going well! The girl next to her pipes up with ?all of our sandwiches have mayo and tomato? in themost annoyed tone I?ve ever heard in a customer service setting. I replied I know, thats why I ordered it without it. She askedfor the receipt to check that it said no mayo or tomato, but i had thrown it away on my way out the door, like she didn?tbelieve i looked her co worker in the eye and politely specified no tomato or mayo. Then said ? well you?re going to have towait 10 minutes? while i had walked straight up to the counter with no other customers around. No name tag, but the extremelyrude one had a tattoo of a dog on her left arm. Literally no reason to be so rude over a mistake made by your team, whensomeones already handling it??? Do better. Most pathetic $10 Big John sandwich I've ever had. It literally had just 2 little slices of roast beef. Not sure which way I... want to describe it but there was either more tomatoes than there was meat and/or there was more lettuce than there was meat.What a disgrace to the Big John and Jimmy John's well known name. Yesterday I placed an order and never received it. I called today to make a complaint about my order from yesterday and I don?t... feel like anything will be done after speaking with the manager. We placed the delivery order close to their closing time(unknowingly) and I would understand if they had to cancel it but they didn?t even bother to let me know. We waited an hour anda half before making other arrangements for food and they still show my order pending and have the money taken from my bank. Read more
DON'T bother ordering online and giving a time. They could care less. You will get it when they want you to get it no matter how... far in advance you order. To bad you have to pay in advance otherwise I would cancel my order + tip. ordered over an hour agoand the order still has not arrived. freaky NOT fast or timely. thanks for making me late to my 1215pm meeting!!
