I'm not a huge fan of online ordering but during lunch rush, I will opt to do it since I don't want to wait in line forever. ... Unfortunately, there's really not a great way to check a sandwich order for accuracy so you only find out that things aremissing from it when you get home. I order from JJ's specifically for their Jimmy mustard and it's almost always missing. Read more
Great sandwiches. A little pricey. But not as expensive as Which Wich, and better sandwiches IMHO. Not sure how in shop service... is. Only done online order and in store pickup. Read more

I love JJ and I order once a week but not sure I should continue to. The last 4x I have ordered a SPICY Italian sub they didn?t... put hot peppers. I let it go the last 3x but last night I called to let them know since we ordered two spicy subs both missingpeppers as well as additional toppings. After speaking to 3 different people I was asked in a rude tone ?so really the onlyissue is no peppers?? Sure, the only issue is there are no peppers in my SPICY sub. They also notoriously forget items likechips and cookies when I get it delivered and I don?t like to call and complain since it is only a couple bucks but it?s notsomething that should be looked over Read more
Really terrible service. The sandwich making people literally don't listen to how you order the sandwich and deliberately make... it incorrectly, and charge you extra for it. I wouldn't even bother writing a review except its happened several times. It'sthis location and this location alone that's terrible -- every other JJ i've been to is fine. Read more
Absolutely love Jimmy Johns but the past few times I?ve ordered online for delivery it takes 45+ minutes to receive my order and... something is always wrong. Delivery drivers always speeding up and down where elderly patients are crossing, punching elevatorbuttons and slamming doors when delivering, I guess is what comes with a ?freaky fast? delivery. My breaking point was when Ireceived my order I ordered a large drink and I received and half full cup. I called to notify them about my issue and wasn?tmet with the best response. For $15+ for a sandwich with chips and a drink you would think customer service would be a bitkinder. Oh well. Won?t be ordering from this location anymore and will definitely reconsider when ordering from any otherlocation. Read more
