I came to this location this evening and j ordered the veggie sandwich. I get home and there is what looked like turkey lunch... meat on my sandwich. I DO NOT EVEN EAT MEAT!! I drove all the way back to this location and showed the the sandwich. They wererude and acted like it was an inconvenience to remake my sandwich. And it seemed like they were kinda laughing about the wholething. I am not happy with my experience. And I am so grossed out by the meat on that sandwich j don't even want to eat thesandwich I have. I will not be back to this location and I don't know yet if I'll even eat at Jimmy John's again. And I meanthey could have offered me a free cookie or something for my troubles. I was hung up on 3 times by the "manager", got major attitude from the chick answering the phone. I placed an order at 12:40p... and it's now 1:58 and it's not here. The driver finally called a few min ago to tell me he had issues and I understand that...Itipped him and was very appreciative of his time. The attitude I received on the phone was unacceptable. I placed an order online a few weeks ago for delivery and unfortunately there was a mishap with my order due to it being a busy... day. Once I called the store and let them know, they were so apologetic and accommodating to me. I didn?t except or ask formuch, as I just wanted it adjusted. they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Most sandwich shops are fast paceand are not personal. Thank you for taking your time to make sure your customers are happy. I couldn?t be more appreciative orsatisfied. Not to mention they have delicious food. 10/10 recommend. Read more

Funny how a sandwich place has this many bad reviews?placed a delivery order, only to get a call almost 30 minutes later letting... me know they don?t deliver to my address. When they have before.
