I used to absolutely love this location but the last few times I have ordered my sandwiches have been slapped together very... sloppy. I also had a horrible rash and broke out in itchy hives. There's an issue with CROSS CONTAMINATION going on because I'mALLERGIC TO AVOCADOS and there were none on my sandwich yet my whole face broke out like I had eaten avocados. I did Order fromthere a few more times just thinking it was somehow just bad luck but apparently there's cross contamination going on so pleasebe very careful if you are allergic as it could be dangerous for your reactions. I so miss Jimmy John's as it WAS my favoritesandwich spot.. oh well.....insert sad face. Read more

Ordered food from them they left it on the ground when it got delivered.. the driver took a photo and sent it to me saying your... food was delivered? I?m sure everyone loves their food being on the ground Read more

As advertised, they make sandwiches fast. Pretty good sandwich, too. Interior is a little plain, but decent place to dine-in if... that's your preference. Staff was friendly, if slightly brusque. Read more

I normally get the Italian ("Vito", I think.) Or the Gargantuan. Both delicious. But this time I got a summer special- chicken ... Caesar wrap, a bit lighter and delicious! Would recommend. Read more

Hello fellow fans of Jimmy John's. While my review has nothing to do with the sandwiches and food in general (even though I... love the Turkey Tom), and have probably ordered more than should be mentioned :) in 2021 already, I wanted to take the time towrite a short note on two fine gentlemen that work there. During the unfortunate and devastating winter storm that has plowedthough TX (Austin in my case), I had the pleasure of meeting them while in line at our local grocery store to purchaseessentials as we made it through no power and in some cases without water. While waiting in line for about 2 1/2 hours, withfrigid temperatures and icy covered parking lots and roads, we struck up conversations on multiple topics to make the time go byfaster. We spoke about everything from Pittsburgh and Blues Brothers, to the movie Grosse Point Blank. Now to the main reasonfor this note. While waiting in line, we noticed an elderly woman with a walker trying to cross the icy, slippery parking lotto get in line (which btw was already an approx. 3-4 hr. wait if lucky enough to make it in by the time the grocery storeclosed). Without hesitation I overheard one of them tell the other, that they should help her out and in that instance one ofthem went over to assist her cross, while holding her arms and walker at the same time. In the meantime, his coworker and Idecided to let her cut in front of us, so that she wouldn't wait long in the freezing weather. I then turned around and asked afew people that if it was ok I would like the lady to take my spot and they were more than happy to oblige. Eventually, therewas another gentleman that took notice of what was going on, and the wonderful lady was able to make it to the front of the linewith minimal wait. I notice on many occasions, that it's very easy for some people to write negative reviews and ventunnecessarily. I think it's important for us to also recognize the good people out there as well. My brother and I order the same sandwich (club lulu)every week from this store - it?s usually on point, but this time they... messed up BAD. Barely any meat on the sandwich and no Bacon that?s supposed to come on the sandwich already, no added guac thatI paid extra for - barely can call it a sandwich. We took one bite out of one and realized this and called immediately. Theyoffered either a refund or a new order, under the conditions that we pack up the order and send it back to them. What kind ofpolicy is this?! Never heard of a restaurant taking back food that was already delivered even if they were in the wrong for it.When I let the manager know that we tried a sandwich I got questioned as to why we ate part or threw it away. What kind ofquestioning is this? They should have just apologized and sent me a new order. Good on you #JimmyJohn's. You've got an all-star employee who just gave me a bottled water, even after I had refused, just... because she "wanted" to give. Not a lot of people like that in the world these days, especially in a fast food business. Or"freaky fast" I should say lol. Read more
