This was my first time ever eating from Jimmy John's and was very disappointed. I ordered a turkey and cheese sub with just... mayo nothing else. The sub had 1 piece of turkey and 1 piece of cheese and a ton of mayo. If it wasn't for the fact that wewere returning home from a road trip to Austin I would have taken it back. Jimmy John's is always a solid sandwich. I much prefer it to most other sandwich places in the area. I think what really sets it... apart is the bread. The JJ bread is so much better than most any other place. I always get the Italian Night Club with hotpeppers. Favorite sandwich! Read more
This Jimmy John's staff are very friendly and I would love to rate it 5 stars, but I have had multiple orders arrive 1-2 hours... late, one time it didn't even come at all. It became a running joke at my work. When I went there to find out what happened,they said they tried to call me, but I never got a call! I don't know if they were lying on that one but even after giving thebenefit of the doubt, it's still very frustrating, knowing that Jimmy John's prides themselves on fast deliveries. One of thetimes I did get my order (an hour late) the guy was taking his sweet time getting out of his car and making his way to thebuilding. Once this place steps up their delivery service, I will rate it higher, as everything else is great. Read more
Every time I order from this Jimmy Johns it takes nearly an hour to get my food (my last three orders have taken 55 minutes). I... live less than two miles away. I have tried to be gracious and give multiple chances before complaining but it?s ridiculous. Andtonight, not only did my order take 50 minutes but it was also the wrong sandwich and the wrong chips. Inconsistent. Sometimes they're very quick and sometimes they take a while -over an hour. For some reason they refuse to give... me extra veggies. Pic shows my order that requested extra lettuce, tomato, and onions. They almost never cut it in half when Irequest it..which isn't really a big deal but I request it and they rarely do it. Read more
