I am SEETHING right now! I submitted my order for a 12:30 PM delivery time. As I type this, it's 2:52 PM. The order tracker... shows that no one has even received my order; let alone started to prepare it. Their website shows that this store is opentoday, until 5:00 PM. Their online ordering system took my order, sent me a confirmation and charged my banking account; but myfood has not been delivered. The FAQ's instruct you to call the store to cancel an order. No one answers the phone at the store;and a message tells callers that the voice mailbox has not been set up. I sent a message to their corporate office, but theytold me their stores are franchises and that my complaint would be shared with the franchisee and staff of the store. This is byfar, the worst experience involving a business I have had in my life. And this store is located in one of the wealthiest partsof Austin. Read more
I have to say the first time my ordered everything was right . So the second time not so great. I can not say every delivery... person is great but it's truly sad when you tip a person but you still don't get all of your items. I will pass if I am inhunger next time for delivery from this place. Read more
Great. Clean. Friendly. My son works there and he loves it.
Often get my sandwich wrong. Usually it?s forgetting to take off tomato which is not a huge deal, but sometimes it?s forgetting... to add something I asked and paid for, like cheese or bacon and because I don?t eat in shop I cannot get it fixed. Fast sandwichservice but the guy at the register is f??g annoying and goes into way too many details speaking so slowly. Not trying to bemean but if the line is long it takes forever. Read more

Very poor customer service at this location. Called in an order on the phone. Later called back to check on the order and the... lady said she didn't have one. The lady then called back and said don't bother ordering again she didn't want to serve us. Shewould not give her name or let me speak to a manager. Read more
There is freaky fast, and then there is delivering it at the wrong time. I put in my order via the app at 10am, I ask for my... order to be delivered between 11:15 and 11:30 because my lunch is at 11:30, but most of the time my order is delivered at11:00. Otherwise everything is great, but it's just a little annoying that they never deliver it in the time period I ask forit to be delivered. Read more
Very shocked to see the negative reviews. This location is amazing! Do not let these reviews turn you away from coming here.... Staff is so friendly and helpful, they don?t get frustrated when you ask a million questions, and always will try to accommodateyour needs. Always greeted with a smile and a hello when you come in.
