Never ordering from here again. Ordered at 8:04 . Was told driver otw after 30 mins. 15 mins go by still nothing so I canceled... at 8:50. Keep in mind I stay in the same shopping center as the store. Read more
Waited an hour and 15 minutes for my order and my sandwich was missing an ingredient so I was very disappointed. When I called... though, they said they'd correct it and get a new one to me and that was delivered in 10 minutes so very happy with theircustomer satisfaction. Thank you for making it right quickly. Wish I could give zero stars. The level of unprofessionalism from this location is unreal. I replied to a survey about my... experience and the manager calls me to argue as to whether or not his employees rolling their eyes and being snotty is rude orunprofessional. Really? It doesn't matter if someone is wearing a mask or not, a normal person can still read body language andhear tone in someone's voice. As to if corporate is actually there in your location today or not, it clearly doesn't matterbecause it's clear what you guys think of and how you treat your customers. Wonderful team at this location!!! I just wanted to give a shout out to Jimmy Johns at the Anderson Mill location for preparing... 4 boxes of mini Jimmies for my daughters graduation party!! They were delicious and everyone loved! They were ready on timeand fresh. Would definitely recommend and will come back for more catering! Read more
I ordered big John?s with no tomato, she put tomatoes in it. While I was picking up the order, I double checked and she... confirmed there should not be any tomato. I came home and Found that she put tomato and no lettuce. I called and the owner toldme to bring back sandwiches. I said as it was their fault, why don?t they deliver a correct one and I will return mine. Themanager didn?t agree and said there should not be any tomato. Poor customer service and poor order prep. Always a pleasure to eat at Jimmy John's. I enjoy the freshness in the vegetables and simplicity of the the sub. Not soggy not... too dry. Just the perfect amount of everything needed to be in the sandwich. This place is very clean. The restrooms are cleanas well. Read more
