I normally go to the Round Rock location, but was close to this location today so stopped in for lunch. WOW - what POOR customer... service!! I think the only way to describe the woman working the register would be RUDE! Her attitude was telling me she didnot want to be there and she was annoyned we even came into the store. Food is 4.5 stars but giving a 1 for the service. I handed them a coupon that said free sandwich they threw it back and... said...it's for another store. Paid for sandwich, other employees did alright...just the main front person spoiled the wholeexperience. Read more
Ordered a cheese steak with portabella mushrooms. Menu says steak, fresh portabella mushrooms, peppers and onions (which I... declined) and white American cheese. What I got was a portabella sandwich, no steak!! And Jersey Mike's used to be the preferredsub shop for me. So ???????????? Read more
Location was very clean and the employees were very friendly. The placement of the chip bag display in front of their counter... allows for safety distance. I ordered #8, the Club Sub. The bread on my sandwich was soft, the vegetables fresh, and the baconcrunchy. The vegetables were well-balanced on the sandwich, not overtaking the meat. The #8 is my go-to at Jersey Mike's, andthis location did a great job making it for me. Because the employees were friendly, I know I will return to this location. Read more
When I get a hankering for a great cheese steak I come to Jersey Mike's. They make the Big Kahuna the way I'd make it if I... could. Tons of well seasoned meat with grilled onions, peppers, shrooms and jalapenos all smothered under melted white cheese ina savory garlic parmesan crusty roll. Pair it with a bag of chips and a cold drink and you have a fantastic Americana lunch! Ifyou're a fan of cold subs the try the Club Supreme. After a bad experience across the street we came here for some food. We both got the turkey sandwich one wheat one on white.... With one having the chocolate chip cookie while one got Doritos. We both got sweet tea as well. I will say it is like an upscalesubway except there are not as many toppings that you can add to your sandwich. I?m giving it four stars due to you get moresalad and bread in the sandwich than actual meat. For it being a higher priced sandwich I was sadden at how little meat comes inthe sandwich. I will say it?s a sandwich, nothing fancy about it. The chocolate chip cookie I was pretty impressed it was softand full of flavor so that?s a plus. I will say their tea needs some finessing. It tasted as if it has been sitting out forlonger than normal and not actually sweet more bland than anything. Therefore with the meat being scarce, the tea being old andone of their employees smoking a cigarette right outside where I was eating they get a 3 star rating. I have to wear a facemask to be around smoke, to be at an establishment where smoking is not allowed in front or 15 feet within an establishment thatwas clearly ignored. Came here multiple times , bad experience all three times and won?t be back. The lady manager is the WORST. Very very rude . The... first time I brushed it off thinking maybe she was having a bad day . Second time ended up just walking out, 2 customers 4workers and just one guy actually working . She just starred at me for about 5 minutes until I felt uncomfortable and left. Iwent again today (glutton for punishment I guess) .Shes YELLING questions about my sandwich multiple times that I had alreadyanswered, literally 3 times very politely. Rolls her eyes twice, slamming things around , very snarky. I watched her go over mysandwich 7 times with the vinegar. She?s obviously ruining my lunch on purpose. It was soggy in edible mush.
