Went to this location and was called out of my name by a worker behind the counter. Refused to give me their name. One came from... behind the counter while I'm trying to give my order to the guy at the cash register and walked up to me in my face whilevalidating the actions of her co-worker. Very angry behavior and wouldn't allow me to order my food in peace. It's on camera.September 5th. I was so shaken. She said I had an attitude when I came in. Customer Service: Poor Timeliness: Horrible It is next to a busy Chick-fil-a, so I decided to skip the Chick-fil-a line and go... into an empty Jersey Mike's. 4 employees were preparing online orders. It took them 3 minutes to even acknowledge that I wasstanding right in front of them. They took my order and then proceeded to continue working on online orders. After I had beenstanding there for at least 5 minutes I asked if they would make my sandwich since I am standing there waiting. The reply I gotwas "Give me a minute and I will make it." Frequented a Jersey Mikes back in California before moving to Texas, and I have to say this location does not disappoint. I?m in... here almost everyday of the week. I?m always greeted at the door with real eye contact, and I?m there enough that they willgreet me by name. The sandwiches here are so good that is has reset my standards on what to expect. Everything is made fresh toorder, they make the bread fresh in store, and prep all their fresh veggies too. It?s hard to go to other businesses now knowingthat there?s a ?Sub above? as they say. They will even go as far as to have a genuine friendly conversation with you when theyhave the time. Unless they get a bunch of business all at once, I?m usually in and out in about 5 minutes. They have a goodsystem for ordering to get food moving. I usually get either a #8 or #43 depending on my mood, but you?re looking forrecommendations simply just ask the friendly staff. Really has a decent East Coast grinder taste and always fresh and delicious. Offers gluten free bread (advertisement suggests... this is new) This location was a bit tricky to find in the strip mall with minimal signage. On the highway side, in the samebuilding as a TMobile and Parmer Dental Care (across from the "closed on Sunday" chicken hawkers) June 2020: Stopped by duringpandemic in Texas where laws are a bit looser and confirmed cases keep rising. Nevertheless, at least at this location, bothstaff and store appear to be taking appropriate precautions while catering to both delivery orders and walk-in customers. I usually always get awesome sandwiches. Unfortunately, they did mess up my order and I received the wrong sandwich and sizes... which I didn?t notice until I got back to work.
