Been here a few times now.. fantastic service! the staff is always willing to help and the main cashier/manager (I think) is... always so nice and on top of things. Food is great and the salad bar is unmatched! The place is always clean and I?ve had noissues so far. Looking forward to next time! Read more
I've eaten at this location for years. I hadn't frequented this place for a few weeks. I returned the weekend to get a double... order. The person who took down the order took down EVERYTHING wrong, not to mention, the order took about 15 minutes tomake. Today I returned, and the woman who took my order took my name down totally wrong. It took about 12 minutes to make, andthe bread was stale. They seem not to really care about walk-in orders anymore; they were filling Doordash orders, whileeveryone else's orders took unreasonably long and weren't done to expectation. I think it's time to give Jason's Deli as awhole a rest. The food isn't good enough to warrant poor service! Read more
This is the THIRD 1-star review I've had to give in a week!!! WHAT IS UP WITH EVERY RESTAURANT SERVING DRY SANDWICHES!? I can... barely eat this! Old, dry bread... Barely ANY hot sauce and no mayo!? This Jasons deli was exceptional and beyond! All of the food was incredibly fresh and delicious there was nothing wrong that... could be found. I was so happy with the service and so overwhelmed with the delicious food I had to tell the staff members aboutwhat they are doing here. I hope that everyone who visits this Jasons deli gets the same experience that I did and then some! Iam so thankful and can appreciate good quality when I have it and see it. Read more
Food was good but the manager is rude every time we are there. He literally ignores people until they get tired of waiting. He... is so unhelpful and a class in customer service wouldn?t hurt. I only gave 2 stars cuz the food was good and the rest of thestaff are nice but the management is trash. Read more
