Tacos (2 for $1.79) were the worst I have ever eaten. I returned one to a staff member as the already cooked tacos had to be... dipped in hot oil just before serving. They tasted and smelled oily. Not good. Will never return. Read more

Went through the drive-thru last weekend early afternoon. The staff is only concerned with getting rid of you so they can get... back to socializing amongst themselves. Being the only person in line I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, the personrunning the drive-thru just told me to pull up. They stuck me with a basic sausage biscuit. When I tried explaining that Iordered sausage, egg, and cheese. She just huffed "It comes with sausage." as she was already halfway turning her back to chatwith someone in the kitchen. So I tried again to explain that I ordered sausage, egg, and cheese, but she got attitude andinterrupted again that "It comes with sausage.". It was obvious that she just wanted to get back to chatting with whoever wasin the kitchen area, getting any order correct was the least of her concerns. Worse Jack in the Box ever! The lady at the window is very rude, they don?t know how to make a chicken pita, the pita was very... tough and chewy. The lettuce was brown and wilted! Extremely low quality and everything starts from the top! I will nevercome here again! Read more
Stopped in to buy an iced tea but got there during a staff meltdown. Walked in to the lobby, there were 2 people in there.... Looked like a customer in a booth and an employee on break at a table. While in the restroom I suddenly heard some yelling froma male voice. My first thought was some unruly customers must have come in until I could make out that the person yelling wasasking about why being fired. I came out to see a young man in a company shirt yelling to the kitchen while looking into hisphone. It looked like he was live streaming the incident. So I waited a minute while he walked back behind the counter and wentinto a back room where he remained. At that point I went to the register thinking the incident was over. I was waiting there 2-3minutes when the young man came out of the room and came to the register. He looked at me and looked back at the others and Iassume he was clocking out at the register. He yelled a bit more and walked out the front door. I kept waiting to order andsomeone in the kitchen said someone will be there shortly. I get it, sometimes things go sideways so they need a minute torecover. While waiting another young lady came out of the hidden back area and stood by the prep table near the register so Ithought they were ready to take my order. She looked at me then looked at the drive thru order screens and the looked at the bagon the table and then stared at the screens. A minute later the person doing food prep addressed the young lady with somethinglike I need you to help. There are things to do, you can't just stand there. Then that young lady started yelling about howshe's doing her job, total breakdown. This is about the time the employee that was in the dining area must have been done withbreak because he went behind the counter and went straight to the drive thru window. The service is ok but, when I get my order. It has never been correct or something is missing! The burgers, and fries are cold,... the cheese has never been melted on any of my burgers!! How can this happen all the time. Management issues? Possibly, I've seenseveral different ones. It's really close to my job so it's convenient for me to go and get back to work quickly. Sorry, Jack! Terrible service. Order an extreme sausage only. On 10/20/22 in the evening only thing I?ve ate that wasn?t from home all week.... Ended up getting food poisoning because of it. The kids that work there unprofessional & they also took forever when I was theonly customer there. The lobby lights were off too. They definitely seem immature & are just their for fun & games.
