This is one of the ABSOLUTE WORST Jacks out there. They carry 'Freestyle Coke Machines which has peach Vitamin water, but the... girl I always get stuck with has a chip on her shoulder and for some reason, REFUSES to give it to me anytime I go. Claims theyare out, but two hours later, after she's gone, It just shows up like magic! They don't follow how to make the burgers, and lessthan a mile away on Braker, the Jack there is always friendly and nice. Stay FAR AWAY from Rundburg Jack. You might regret evergoing there. This Jack in the Box at 8630 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78753 and the one at 6419 Airport Blvd, Austin, TX, 78752 are both not... supportive of the Jack in the Box APP. These two franchises seem to hate having to use the APP as if it was forced on them byJack in the Box headquarters. The customers don't feel appreciated for providing business to Jack in the Box. There are plentyof other companies that have a good APP system that works and enjoy the extra income the APP brings in. Also, this store isoften closed when they should be open. You see them lounging around inside the store and all their vehicles are parked in theparking lot but they don't want to work. The hours don't match online store hours , the hours don't match APP hours. I haveordered on the APP but they say their computer system is down. I show them the APP order on my phone and they still refuse tomake my order. I use to work at Jack in the Box. The computers go down at 4 AM. They milk this time at 4 AM for as long as theycan when they should be cleaning. Must be nice to get paid from 4 AM-7AM and do nothing. The computers don't affect the abilityto make my order if I have the APP order receipt. They have pretty much stole my money. Theft. Jack in the Box is one of theworst experiences in the food industry. The area is a very busy place to have such poor service. The food trucks are getting thebusiness as they should. -Do not go to this Jack in the Box or any Jack in the Box. They haven't upgraded their systems tocurrent times. Anyhow, I should stop going here and so should you. I think they will eventually go out of business here. Theyare a failure in the community. They made their profit. Soon, the community won't support them. This franchise should have hadAPPs a long time ago. What is the advantage of a franchise if they operate worse than a mom and pop shop. Deliciously hot and fresh! The drive thru staff was very sweet & kind! I love to eat Jack in the Box a lot so I try to go to... different locations to see who makes the freshest & best 2/1.39 tacos because trust me they're so delicious when made fresh &hot but there are several locations that serve you them reheated & soggy. This location is convenient for me and I'm a regular customer because I like the food, the Fuel Rewards and coupons I get in the... mail. The employees are usually very nice and efficient. But the neighborhood lacks a lot to be desired. Keep your doors lockedand windows rolled up until you need to order or receive your food. I've been enough times that I believe that they nowrecognize me when I pull up to the drive thru. The food is always freshly cooked, never sitting under a heat lamp or microwavedlike some fast food joints. They offer specials on a regular basis and other coupons by using their app. All in all, a greatplace to get a quick bite 24/7. Read more
