Horrible hoooorrible service! Aside from being in line for over 30min at 12:38am they got my order wrong! Had to give them 69¢b/c they had no change. Tacos were cold and leather ish. Girl in window was nice.

Totally jacked up my order about 30 min ago. I live in manor and to far to go back. I noticed they messed up when I asked for 2... kids meals and they gave me one drink. Tried to get the guys attention but was ignored. Once he came to give me our food I waspolite and said it was supposed to be 2 kids meals not just one. He replied oh no it's just one, hopefully you have extra stuffin there. So I took it as a loss because I know they are busy and just trying to respect that they are trying there hardest. Ithen get home and I'm also missing 2 sourdough jacks and a large curly fry. Seriously man, I tried to be cool and even talked tothe kids about sharing one meal but forgetting the actual main meals. That's probably why I haven't been to jack in the box inten years. Way to go jack in the box, way to keep me away after I decided to give y'all another shot. I'll be back tomorrow formy money back. Great food and can never go wrong with anything on the menu. Their spicy chicken is oh so good, same goes for the ultimate... cheeseburger... get it with Bacon ???? ???? ????. Staff is speedy and get my.order right every time I stop by. Read more
