Ordered 4 tacos with extra lettuce and ranch. Guy kept ringing up no lettuce and I kept confirming if he was adding extra... lettuce. He said yes. I also ordered regular chicken straps and large fries, but I got spicy, with stale fries. Went inside to order and waited for more than 10 minutes standing by the counter. All the people working would just stare at me... but no one came to take the order!
