Location was dirty. Walked into an empty dining room, no customers in drive through. Greeted by an employee who did not speak... English. Waited for someone to come talk with us and take our order. Two girls standing in office area. Waited several moreminutes and still nothing. Finally left without ordering. Not sure how this location is open if they run business this way Read more

Great food and quick service! The manager is an amazing person with a kind heart and made me the best egg rolls and tacos ever... after working all day on an ambulance even though he was having technical difficulties with his system! Honestly the worst Jack I've ever been too. After 8pm they are normally "out" of the entire menu despite being open 24 hours.... Order is always wrong and they are ALWAYS understaffed. It's across the street from me and I would usually never post a reviewfor anything fast food. But these guys take the cake. I am convinced the owners are doing everything they can to get out ofthis franchise. Read more

0 stars or a -1? would be appropriate for this location. I arrived at the drive thru at 2:20am to pick up tacos for the buzzed... boyfriend waiting at home. There was one car at the pick-up window, 2 more in line behind that one and one at the order boxplacing their order. They ordered and moved forward. I pulled up and immediately a young guy asked me if I could wait for aminute to place my order. I said sure, no problem. At 2:32am another car pulls up behind me in line. I continued to wait. Atalmost 2:40am,after waiting to order for about 20 minutes, the same voice comes over the speaker and announces that they are nowclosed. "CLOSED?!?!" I said, "what the f@+& do you mean closed? I've been waiting here for 20 minutes for you to tell me thatyou're closed?!?!" "Yessir we are" was the response No sorry for making me wait, nothing. Rude and very unprofessional with nocare or respect for anyone else's time. I won't be returning. Read more

The front counter kid was sitting down in the dining room vaping when I walked up, asking if I could order inside. "Err, I... mean...not really, but I could help you out". ?!? When I walked inside, two of the employees, one of them a manager, wereclearly sitting down behind the counter around the cooking equipment. Not a single smile in the bunch. I understand they're notpaying a kings wage to work there, but c'mon. The real reason they didn't wan me ordering inside - no till set up. Thankfully Itold them I was paying with a card. To say the food was mediocre would be an insult to mediocrity. Neither burger was fullycooked, and even though I asked for a cheeseburger, it came with no cheese, and the second burger was slathered in ketchup eventhough I asked for no ketchup. At least I didn't throw up this time. I always say never again but this time it's for real.Avoid this con posing as sustenance AT ALL COSTS Read more

The worst Jack in the Box ever! Parking lot was gross , trash everywhere. Went thru the drive thru with the busted up , not... working sign. The order monitor was out reading a error code. Worker ask to take my order, I ask fir a minute to decide. When Iwas ready to order after him asking to place my order he informed me they had no cook and could not fill my order WTH? I askedwhy are you open he said he didn?t know but they had drinks. Pulling thru to get my drink the inside was just as gross , trashall over floor behind the counter. Never again .. stopped here once early on way to airport and they did not have a cook butassumed it was just super early I between shifts.. but I guess it?s a normal thing to open with no cooks Read more
