Food was good, fries were fresh but they took a long time to take my order and serve at the drive thru.

I order 4 different meals via drive-thru, but found out I got 3 meals only when I got home! I got 4 drinks so I thought I got... what I ordered when I was there. This place is awful. I use UberEats and I've never been so upset and disappointed in a restaurant. My order is ALWAYS missing... something or an item is wrong. Before when they served shakes, I almost never received mine. Food is dry. And they can't payattention to add-ons for their jobs. I literally just ordered, 08/16/22, a bacon burger meal with no mustard, no mayo, addextra ketchup. My burger came with *no mayo* (correct), but it had no ketchup, no bacon, AND had mustard on it. Orders like thishappen frequently. Clearly management has either no idea what happens in the kitchen or they don't care at all. I?ve been a fan of Jack in the Box since I was a kid. For a while service and food quality had gone down but they have done a... 180. Food is always hot and you have to try the spicy chicken sandwich. Life changing!! It?s as good as any high priced sandwichat a full service restaurant, maybe better. Not kidding!! Read more
