If there's one thing I love doing it's getting breakfast with my lady and documenting it. We , like all other peeps in my... generation, are incapable of eating what's on the plate when it looks that good, and on top of that it looks as good as ittastes. Tasty and well priced cocktails to grab in the morning and the staff is really nice. The vibe inside is just super warmand relaxing too, definitely a good date spot just as much as it is an outing with friends and family. I will definitely becoming back again, they made our breakfast before our trip well over satisfactory and got us feeling good before hitting theroad . Thanks Jack Allen , your kitchen rocks ! First timer at Jack Allen's kitchen and I had no idea what to expect. My experience was absolutely fantastic. I was apart of a... large party celebrating my sister's 60 birthday, so if you're looking for a great place for such an occasion, look no further.Tex-mex cuisine is how I'd best describe the food and it was delicious. Personally, I could've eaten just the biscuits andwalked away a happy camper. I have to say that the two guys Jose and AJ were especially courteous and attentive to our largegroup. Love the look and vibe in the restaurant. Thank you for giving my sister an the perfect brunch experience. Read more

First time to visit this location. We had a work lunchtime. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I ordered the 13 spice pasta. It was... the perfect lunch portion and was delicious. Service was wonderful and attentive. Served with a smile. Read more

There are multiple locations across town. Went for Sunday late lunch off Anderson Mill, had a delightful sample bite of their... pimento cheese. Ordered the crab dip, ~$14, very creamy and just the right temperature. Could likely share the dip with 2-3. Had a burger after, ordered it medium rare, and it actually came out perfectly that way, ~$15. The waiter was very responsive. The thirsty goat draught, a delightful local amber, was $6. Read more

I took my Dad here for a father's day lunch and we both really enjoyed it! Lovely atmosphere, friendly and attentive service,... and everything we ate was incredible. We started with the jalepeno crab dip which was delicious and the portion was generous. For my meal I had the crispy salmon cooked medium and it was slightly crispy on the outside and buttery and flakey on theinside. It almost feels like it melts in your mouth! Absolutely perfect. The roasted tomatillo sauce paired well with the fishwithout overpowering or taking away from that delicious salmon flavor. I'm already looking forward to another visit back to JackAllen's to try some of their other dishes! Read more

Today we ate at Jack Allen?s on Anderson Lane. Westbrook was our server and he was exceptional. He was friendly, knowledgeable... and professional. And our food was amazing. Cooking salmon medium rare is an art. Most restaurants overcook fish. We were seatedon the patio which was perfect for a business meeting, but honestly, the entire experience was perfect. We?re going to requestWestbrook on our next visit. Good job! Thank you for everything! Read more

Delicious fries. Delicious sauce on the pasta. But nothing else was memorable. Great service. Kind hostess. We loved eating on... the porch in the evening for dinner. Smashed guac was Austin weird. Not bad. Just way different from other places. Dessertsare good! Read more
