About 16 of us went for my friend’s bachelorette brunch. The food and drinks were 10/10. They gave us cute little Rosé Jell-O... shots and marshmallow treats before we even sat down. The table set up was really cute. There were also a couple of great photoopportunities around the restaurant. But what really took that cake was our server Amanda. 10000000/10. We had brunch here with our pup & had a great experience. They brought out ice water for our dog which was really sweet. The BLT... was incredible - I feel like BLTs are usually just ok but this one was REALLY good. The migas were good too! This was my first time visiting Austin, TX and Irene’s was first on our list. I really liked the vibes here. It’s a great... spot for an afternoon lunch. We sat outside and enjoyed the sun. The service was good and we were able to find a spot to sitonce we arrived. I ordered the chicken sliders with potato salad. I didn’t enjoy my food however I still think it’s worthvisiting. Read more
I’m visiting town for the holidays and got some very hard to get tickets for the drag show on Sunday brunch. It did not... disappoint and was worth the wait. The service by our waitress Taylor was amazing, I don’t know how she did it but she goteverything right super quick and she was very sweet. The food was amazing, I had the brunch grilled cheese and tomato bisque,perfect for the cold weather, also the pain killer level 3 was delicious. The ladies on the show were hilarious andentertaining- overall there’s not one thing I can say I didn’t like. I would definitely recommend Irene’s for anyonelooking for a good time and good food! Great, great food and drinks spot on downtown Austin. Large inside and outside areas, with full bar. Draft list is great, ... great cocktails and happy hour.
