Gotta log a bad review, unfortunately. The last few orders I?ve had with them didn?t go well. For one, their cook had already... left for the night (24 hrs??) but the manager luckily ?decided? to cook the order. The next order, the cook had already left(again) and they cancelled the order. Ordered just now and they were out of Belgian waffles?so I told the favor driver to justleave it off, no biggie. IHOP told the driver they don?t have a way to remove items and I would just have to sub in other itemsthat they do have. Really wish there was another late night diner down here. Read more
Worst service. There was 2 of us and we were waiting on 1 more person just 1 more person. And we could not get seated until our... other person showed up. So called ?manager? said those were her rules. That we were robbing from the servers because we werejust going to sit down for hours. So what ? We are paying for a service! She did not know if we were going to leave a $1 tip ora $50 tip. That would deppend on service provided. Manager told us to leave saying they would not serve us anymore. Really badexperience . Very crowded but since there was only 2 of us we got seated pretty quickly, and the food was very good

Sad....this used to be a great IHOP, but it's not the first time it's taken a really long time to be greeted at the door, let... alone sat at a table. This last time, no one ever came. We stood by the entry and multiple team members even looked at us fromthe kitchen, and no one bothered to say anything to us. I understand staffing concerns but just ignoring customers seems likepoor business practice. Doubtful we'll be returning in the future, and if you do decide to go here, you better not be in ahurry.
