Very slow service. Waited 15-20 minutes to get a tea refill. Seems to me the staff would rather stand around and talk to each... other than to tend to the quests. Will not be going back. On a high note the food was good once the finally got our ordersright! Read more
Went there for breakfast this morning. Was sat pretty quick. The guy that waited on us was lightning fast. OJ and coffee real... quick. Food came out fast too. I watched this guy and the tables were being bussed real fast. Not like other locations I havebeen to. Read more
The staff never acknowledged me the whole 15 minutes I was standing at the front desk. So we sat down at a table and nobody... even said a word to us except it will still be a 30 minute wait. Nobody even said a word to us to even say there was a wait. There was 5 tables with customers. If the waitress can?t handle 5 tables she is in the wrong business. I have been coming herefor 18 years and will NEVER step foot in there again. Read more
I was not impressed by this IHOP. The number one issue is that there were multiple things in front of the fire exit and that is... a health hazard and extremely illegal. The establishment itself gets a lot of business being near a lot of jobs and ACC collegebut that doesn't really excuse the lack of cleanliness. I expect that level of dirty floors/tables from a Waffle House but notIHOP. Now, again, they were extremely busy and barely had time to clean between customers. At some point my mom accidentallyspilled her coffee and our waitress was busy for a while so I cleaned up what I could but there were no paper towels readilyavailable on any tables. Eventually she brought us a stack of paper towels but didn't bring more until I asked and never pickedup the dirty dishes/towels at the edge of the table. I eventually was able to ask for more paper towels and found a bottle ofspray cleaner to clean the table. I obviously didn't expect her to stop what she was doing and help but I would have appreciatedit if she gave us the cleaner or checked in with us before I had to ask for more paper towels. When the food finally came out mymom's food was room temperature and my partner's was too. My burger and fries were warm but the lettuce in the burger was oldand needed to be thrown out because it was wilting in multiple different areas and tasted horrible. My partner's sunny side upeggs were also not cooked fully and were still runny. Overall, I understand that this location is always busy and is verycramped because of how small the building is but there were a lot of inexcusable things such as the fire exit, cleanliness, andspoiled lettuce. Food like every other iHop which is great since they are a chain and you want that to be the case. But was very messy. The... floors were filled with garbage. They clean the tables but left floors dirty. Not great representation of other iHops I haveattended. Read more
OMG! I haven't eaten at IHOP for awhile, so glad I came back. Specifically to this location. The Cook prepared our meals at... picture perfect ????. The waitress "Delilah", was servicing the entire restruant by herself and it was packed. Shame on theowner but kudos on Delilah the one man army. She had no pen and paper taking orders left and right, relying soley on memory.WOW! AMAZING!. I definitely recommend this restaurant while Delilah and her fabulous cook is on duty. First Time In Austin & We Were Looking For A Breakfast Spot & This Location Was Down The Street And All I Can Say Is WOW Best... Customer Service Ever & The Food Was Delicious And Our Waiter Was The Best She Got My Bf Plate Perfect Because All The Food WasGone Lol.
