A very unique boutique hotel, with upscale undertones, right in the heart of downtown Austin. The rooms are very spacious and... furnished quite comfortably with an office space, large king bed, charging stations, goose down duvet and pillows, big screensmart TV, and kitchenette with snacks. There's also a nice little sitting area near the large panoramic sliding glass window, ahuge bathroom (with city views), and a large walk out balcony with great views of the city. The guest hallways and elevators inthe hotel feature artwork of famous musicians and actors, which add a really cool vibe to your stay. The staff is very friendlyand attentive, and they leave out delicious snacks for guests every morning on each floor, as well as the main lobby. I was verypleased with my 3 night stay in this hotel, would stay again, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxuriousboutique accommodations. Read more

Beds are super comfy with all down feather pillows and it feels like a down feather topper on the bed. Very close to everything... downtown...most things are only a walk or short Uber drive away. The rooms are quiet I can't hear the people in any directionaround me. Love the interior decoration. Read more

Excellent place to stay. Seems to be great value price wise compared to some other luxury hotels in the area. Location is great... and we especially loved the rooftop pool. I was bummed that pool restaurant was closed the week we were there but it was due toa convention and not the Hotel's fault. Just unfortunate timing. Would definitely stay again if in Austin! I had never heard of Hotel ZaZa and found it through the use of Amex recommendations. I can say with confidence that anyone who... can, should stay here. We arrived an hour or two before check in because we were coming into town to see a show at The MoodyTheater. William greeted us at the desk with a warm grin as if he had been anticipating our arrival and getting us situated washis sole purpose for being there that afternoon. We were inexperienced in most things "Austin" so he laid it all out for us. Hemade sure we had a list of his personal recommendations for the types of food we like as well as some late night spots to hit upafter the show that evening. He actually had a booklet ready to hand to us that he had created! So yeah, we studied it and putit to use and his recommendations did not disappoint in the slightest. It was the perfect welcome to a new city and really setthe mood for the rest of the stay. After getting settled in the room we attended Group Therapy with Demetrius. He was anexcellent liquid therapist and gave us as much attention as we needed and more than we probably deserved. He is genuine andpersonable and did his part to make our stint in therapy a memorable one. Good luck, captain! So the show happened...and it wasAMAZING, and we headed back to the room before going out for a night cap. The room had been turned down and there were sometreats for us to enjoy and it really made us feel special. There are so many wonderful things to say about the hotel and thestaff, you'll just have to experience them yourself. The eclectic atmosphere that welcomes you in every space to explore andsoak in was an adventure we did not expect to have. We know exactly where we will be staying next time we are inAustin. Cheers. What a beautifully appointed hotel right in the heart of Austin. To say the Zara exceeded my expectations would be understating... the effort the staff puts in to providing a first class experience for the guests. The exceptional turn down service, filling upmy ice bucket, and the warm cookies in reception at 3pm were all above and beyond! Thank you for upholding such a high standardof service it made it hard to leave, but a certainty to return! Soon!! Read more

I really liked it! Gorgeous room and spacious bathroom. Great water pressure in the shower. Drank from the tap and the water... tasted decent and didn't taste any chlorine. The bed was much too soft for my taste but it was clean. I like the treats theyleave you for your first night. Free coffee and tea with honey before 10am everyday on every floor. They had free horchataand/or other drinks in the lobby every afternoon too when we were there. I assume different drinks every day but deliciouslyrefreshing nonetheless! The fitness room was really decked out in modern machines. Pool area was nice. Both restaurants in thehotel had good vibes and food. Staff was really sweet. Read more
