We had a good experience here. The service was friendly and fast. They have tables inside and outside. They have highchairs... and an awesome playground. It is all fenced in and the ground is padded so it is safe and fun for the kids. The food wasreally good too. They have fun sauces by the drinks and napkins station. My husband ordered their classic burger and I gottheir grilled chicken sandwich. I would definitely recommend this place. Read more

Hat creeks food is always delish but I just want to shout out to a specific employee who I hope sees this. On Aug 11, 2022... around 5-7 pm this place was packed and unfortunately they were down a worker. The parking lot was full and the drive thru linewas chaotic. I went threw the drive thru and you could tell the guy there was trying his best to keep up with the demand andtrying his best to accommodate every customer. But you could also tell that he was struggling and honesty it made me of sad foreveryone working! I didn?t catch his name and I wish I did but he was a very kind person of color working the drive thru. Mediocre at best. In the middle of a Friday lunch hour how is my burger looking old, withered lettuce smashed and starting to... hard bun. The fries were warm but very stale. This is the second time in years I have tried Hat Creek and now I recall I hadgood reason to not go. Read more
I usually rate places high as long as they?re edible and have decent service because I know bad reviews can really hurt a small... business. This place, however, blows just about every other place I?ve been out of the water. Possibly the best burger I?ve everhad, and the customer service was great. TLDR: An above par fast food burger. Hat Creek fills the same market niche as places like P-Terry's and In-N-out. It provides a... slightly better than average burger, and a pretty decent atmosphere. the restaurant overall was clean, the staff were nice.pretty prime example of a fast food place. One nice thing they do have is they serve beer, which does set them apart. I hadthe "Big Hat" combo with fries. the burger itself was pretty decent. Nothing absolutely mind blowing, but I got what I paid for.Same for the fries. they do have a couple sauce options available for free, which is nice, as being charged 25 cents for somesauce is sort of annoying. all things considered, I'd put this place at slightly above a 3/5. They have gluten free fried chicken sandwiches with gluten free bread. I no longer have the FOMO with Chick-fil-A. Add a glass... of decent wine to your meal and you are set to indulge. There are plenty of seating options. My toddler enjoys this place justas much as I do. Read more
