Spur of the moment visit on the way home from a Vandergrift football game. ambiance on the patio was really nice. Enjoyed the... food and sangria was also good. We ordered the slow cooked beef curry and the chicken Massimo. Rated 3 stars as service wasreally slow. Staff were nice and pleasant just the initial ordering took a while. However I would visit again. Read more

One of my favorite restaurants! We usually do takeout but the restaurant itself is nice and there is an outdoor patio, as... well. A great choice for Gluten-Free friendly options. We eat GF and our go-to dishes are the Pineapple fried rice or Pad Thai, egg rolls and cheese rolls (they taste similar to rangoons and has an egg roll wrapping/shell). Each time we've eaten there thequality has been great- fresh ingredients, tastes great and generous portions. Occasionally the Pineapple fried rice will be alittle spicy and other times not at all. Sometimes it will be more sweet than other times. Regardless, it's always tasted good.I've never had a bad experience with their food! Read more

Green Mango by Thai Spice off 620 is a great Thai restaurant. I ordered the basil fried rice, which is kind of my go-to dish at... Thai restaurants. I love it. There was some good heat to this dish. I?d recommend going just before noon because it picks up.I?ll return to Green Spoon. Read more

This was our second time going there, the first time was during Ramadan last month. We went there because we heard their chicken... is halal. I think we were just very hungry the last time (breaking fast after almost 14 or more hours) which is why we thoughtthe food was good. So I told my best friend about it and we went there again yesterday, and it was so underwhelming. The servicewas okay the first time, but was extremely poor yesterday. Let's talk about yesterday's experience first- we ordered the ShrimpTempura, Chicken Pad Kee Mao, Chicken Panang Curry, Thai Iced Tea, and Thai Iced Coffee. The portions are very small. The servermessed up our order. We asked for a sampler appetizer platter and told her specifically to substitute the pork item (since wedon't eat pork) with shrimp tempura. The server got us an order of Shrimp Tempura. $9 for these skinny 4 pieces of shrimp. Theflavor was okay. Then came the Pad Kee Mao, which tasted okay. The Panang Curry came after we were almost done eating the PadKee Mao. Good thing we decided to eat family style, otherwise one person would be eating alone while the other person waited fortheir food or if the first person waited, their food would get extremely cold. Anyway, onto the drinks- they came with just theconcentrate (sweetened) and a tiny glass with milk. For reference, I have smaller-than-average hands and look how small thisglass is in the picture. It's a tiny bit bigger than the size of those paper ketchup cups you dip your fries in. When we mixedthe milk with the tea and coffee, it was still extremely sweet so we thought more milk would help. We asked for a little moremilk to fix it since the drink costs so much already, we didn't want to waste it. The server never came with our milk. At almostthe end of our meal, when the ice had melted, we thought that would help but it was still terrible, so we had to literally waitfor the server and flag her down a few times to get her attention, and remind her to br Read more

Stopped by a few minutes after opening to grab some Tom kha soup and this is what they gave me, the mushrooms weren't even... cooked they just cut them in half and tossed them into the container. There is no bag of cilantro and onions or lime and chili'sI'm missing they just didn't add it in or give me any. It tastes like someone started seasoning it maybe squirted a few limes inand walked away from it, consistency is too thin, tastes like they didn't finish cooking it. I've had better Thai food at aChinese buffet, don't waste your time Read more

Lets start with the positives. The outside seating was nice and the ambience inside is good too. We got the pepper steak, the... garlic chicken and the pad kee mow and all of them were flavorful. The steak was the best of the lot and I would highlyrecommend it. The service could have been better, my wife ordered the noodles with fresh tofu and got it with fried tofu, wehad to ask a few times for the hot sauce and as we were sitting outsode, just getting the server was a little difficult. Fortheir prices, the portions are really small. The pad ke mow was not enough as a lunch portion and the garlic chicken had morecabbage than chicken in it. I don't think we will go back here again.
