Very poor customer service from employee and owner/manager ( he said he was the owner ) . While I asked ketchup for my order... person at window. He made a face and hand gestures as if he was frustrated and bothered that I asked . Also I asked for myreceipt he said it should be In bag which it wasn?t . When I got off to speak to manager which he said he was owner . Heseemed like he could care less his employee was rude because so was he . You would think an owner would want feed back sinceit hurts his business! But in this situation, just rude ! My total seem higher and that?s why I wanted my receipt, as Isuspected I was right . They charged me for an extra item I didn?t order ! Never again will I get food from there again ! Read more
Sometimes it's a little slower if they need to make more fresh, but it's hot and fresh! They always take care of us, never give... us issues with sauce substitutions, and don't short you by calling a 1 inch chuck of chicken a whole tender like other localchicken places that shall remain unnamed... You?d think as soon as they open food would be great. Go to work opened up my order only to see a red/maroonish hair color in my... food. Chicken & fries were EXTRA CRISPY. Tried calling them to let them know someone needs a hairnet but no one answers. Read more
Remembered why I don't eat there. I ordered a leg and breast,which you pay extra for, and mashed potatoes with gravy on the... side. What did I get...two legs and no gravy. My friend's fries tasted like fish also. Very disappointed. Read more
