Ordered 12 tenders special for $23.08, added extra roll & single okra, was charged $33.08! Why $10 extra? I thought it was weird... that employee offered no receipt, now I know why! Tried to call, no answer & no way to leave msg! How convenient! Read more
Probably just a product of the neighborhood they placed this restaurant in, but there are tweakers everywhere, keep your window... rolled up if you are ever unfortunate enough to come to this location. It seemed like even some of the workers were hopped up onsomething. The drive thru line took way too long for the small amount of cars that were there, the Dr.pepper tasted like themachine hadn't been cleaned in forever. The food was warm, but was just thrown everywhere in the box. So overall bad location,they'd be better off closing the location down, all it's doing is wasting electricity. Read more
Not sure who was working the evening shift of July 4. But I drove around the building because it looked like it was closed no... cars whatsoever no people inside either but it turns out 3 of the employees were outside in the back smoking out of a pipe. 1white male and 2 females. I drove off because I did not want to be served by those employees. Very disgusting I hope they getdisciplined or terminated. Read more
Manager in charge @12:36 said cannot refund cancelled order because it has been too long. Also, they have not answered the phone... when called. I left the store and now there is a lobby closed temporarily sign. What should have been done was to offer anothermeal exactly like the canceled order. Update: Manager said he called police on us for impeding his business. We work, too, andwe are waiting for a refund. Read more
