This is twice I've frequented this facility, The little old man in the window do not listen to the orders, will read it back... properly and still get stuff wrong and I just can't place it on him alone. But he's the last person to look over the order hetook. He rushes you out the drive through. He got my order wrong today because he was busy trying to figure out what was goingon at Whataburger parking lot because an ambulance was present with cops. I tried calling the facility to speak to a manager.The phone rang it get that it gets busy, but I go to call back and they took the phone off the hook so it goes straight tovoice mail. So I will be emailing corporate since I can't get anyone on the phone. Not everyone eats gravy with chicken tendersI asked for honey mustard twice never got it. The first time I went the chicken looked like yesterday chicken refried. Today itlooked better but order was still wrong. Had a very simple order and still got it wrong yes mistakes happen. This place has gone to the ground. I used to love coming to this location. But the last 4 times I?ve been at this place, it has... tasted like old chicken. I tried bring my concern to the managers attention, but all he does is runs to the back so he doesn?thave to deal with upset costumers. I won?t be going back to this location. The service is really garbage. He has no sense ofspeaking to costumers. I wish I knew how to get to his manager. Read more
I ordered 2 piece white which is a wing and breast why I get a thigh and wing when I paid for white meat. $9 plus change. I... called 5 times each time it said unavailable couldn?t access a voicemail message to leave the owner which is always there. SoI?m not happy. Todays date is June 5th 2022 at 6:20 pm Sunday. I just left the drive through line and had to deal with the owners daughter. She's not very nice to say the least. Charged us... for sauce packs, the literal seasoning packs lol. I paid $45 for the family chicken tenders meal (comes with 25) and I'll attachthe photo of the "family mac and cheese". The container is really small, they had different containers over the last 4 years.They used to have the best customer service, didn't nickel and dime, and the guy at the window was ALWAYS the nicest. I'm sad bcI will not be back. This place has become a family favorite but I'm not going to deal with someone who looks like she'smiserable working at her own families place.
