I am not vegan, but I tried this place out and LOVED IT. The Hawaiian Lion bowl is AMAZING. My cousin was playing a show at the... lounge & I felt the need to run over to him with a fork and make him try the food. So good. I kind of want to go right now butI live far as heck. I heard they make desserts and now I totally want to go see if they\'ve got anything on deck. And try theteriyaki tofu. Super good food you can feel good about! Read more

Ok ok ok. Hands down the best vegan spot I?ve found on my travels! In TEXAS TOO!! I swear they only eat meat and kill animals... here. Crazy place, but I?m over the TOP happy I found Steph! My vegan savior! I ended up going with the Seasme Lions Mane. Mylanta. What a flavor surprise! Everything was organic and made with nothing but LOVE. Steph pours her heart in her dishes andthat?s my favorite ingredient of hers. Please please PLEASE check this place out. I?ll be getting seconds before I leavetown!!\n\nThanks again Steph! Read more

This place was incredible! It?s all farm to table and made from scratch. We tried the Hawaiian prince and the freakin biscuit,... and the donut.\n\nThe Hawaiian sandwich was incredible. It was a lions mane fried patty, witch veggies and a pineapplesauce.\n\nThe biscuit meat was tempeh based. It was very different than Chikn, which wasn?t a bad thing, it just didn?t tastelike chicken. It was still very delicious and the biscuit was amazing.\n\nThe donut was pretty good. I prefer donuts a littlefluffier and more airy, but for a vegan donut it was great. Compared to the other two items, not as amazing, but goodnevertheless.\n\nThis place is definitely worth trying, and the truck garden where this place is is also worth visiting! Read more

I absolutely love this food trailer! I\'m not vegan, but I find myself going back on a daily basis. I have tried and enjoyed... all of their pastries and meals. My favorites so far are the bang bang broccoli, bang mi, and of course, the carrot cake. Laceup your shoes and run to get your fix of that good good from Forking Vegan! Read more

My... friends and I shared a few plates and every single one was delicious-wonderful flavors and textures. We especially liked theLions Mane sandwich and Bang Bang broccoli bowl. I just found my new favorite food in Austin! This place is a must, must, must try. I literally teared up with every bite into... the Hawaiian Lion (coconut crusted lions mane sandwich). It\'s now my favorite sandwich. The Pot of Gold (crispy potatoessmothered in cheese sauce) and Fresh Prince (philly cheesesteak) are also to die for. To top it off, everything is made in houseor sourced locally. You can\'t beat that! Read more

Excellent service and even better food! It did not feel like we were at a food truck. I got the poblano dish and will... definitely be back to try all the other entrees on their menu. The desserts, pictured, were delicious as well. Read more
