I love coming here to work on my grad school assignments, the art and environment is really thoughtful, cozy, and unique, which... I like a lot more than the more \"industrial/sterile\" contemporary vibe of other coffee shops. The iced coffee is very solidand reasonably priced! The outside area is nice, but the last several times I have come, there have been people smokingcigarettes in the outdoor seating area, which really affected my breathing and concentration. While they do have a sign thatsays \"no smoking within 15 ft. of doorway\", the outdoor area is pretty tight and enclosed with tall fences and roof, allowingfor minimal airflow. I wanted to stay working on an assignment outside for a good chunk of time, and I even put on a mask toprotect myself from the smoke. Ultimately, I had to leave today earlier than I had wanted because the smoke in the outdoorenvironment was just too uncomfortable. It would be nice to be able to chill in the awesome outdoor area without having to worryabout being bothered by people smoking. Read more
Love the down-to-earth spacious feel of the cafe. A unique Austin location. 5 stars for the funky atmosphere, but man....1 star... for the drinks. Came with 3 friends all got something different. Hot Chai Latte, Hot tea, and a vanilla Latte. All of thedrinks were disappointing in their own ways. ???? Read more
Parking sucks, there is only 3 slots of parking in front and back. Recommend looking for a seat before you order your coffee... because seating can be full. Other than that, atmosphere is great and the regular coffee is bottomless. Read more
Funky café with local artists on the walls. Baked goods are tasty but the coffee is mediocre. If drip is your game you?ll be... alright, but stay away from their espresso offerings. Burnt and poorly made. Read more
A few guides led me to Flightpath Coffeehouse in Hyde Park and there\'s a lot to love. It\'s a no-frills, spacious cafe with... outdoor patio seating and two large dining rooms full of tables (and even a printer!). It\'s not fancy, but it is inviting.\n\nIordered a latte with macadamia syrup in it. It came out half empty and with very little flavor. It wasn\'t well brewed. If ithadn\'t costed as much as a fancy latte, I wouldn\'t mind, but the price didn\'t match the quantity or quality.\n\nHowever, thisis a great spot to hang out or get some work/studying done. This place is so spacious with so much seating! I would?ve loved to have a coffee shop like this in college. However, I?m rating... it a 3 stars because the service. I ordered an iced vanilla latte. When I tried it, I couldn?t taste any vanilla or sweetness. Iwaited patiently for the barista to get off her phone and politely asked for a little more vanilla flavoring. Without a word tome, the barista proceeded to dump a ton of vanilla flavoring in it. My latte was then exceedingly too sweet, but I didn?t wantto bother her again. Stop in while I was waiting for my order at Biscuits and Groovy. I was quickly greeted with a good morning and if I needed time... to decide what I wanted since I had never been there before. I didn\'t get to stay long but I ended up ordering their specialtycold brew with a pump of vanilla and left room for a little cream. I honestly have to say that it was the best ice coffee I hadin a while and I am a Starbucks fanatic. The flavors of the coffee was nice, smooth and strong just how I like it. Theatmosphere on the inside was very relaxing and peaceful, would definitely say it is a great place to get some work done or justhave a nice catch up with a friend. If I am ever back on the area I would for sure stop by again to try some of their homemadeitems. Read more
The vibe here is fantastic. I love the unique classic vintage furniture and decor. My first time visiting Flightpath. The... lattes are delicious. Customer service was great; super friendly down to earth barista. I\'ll definitely return. Read more
