I chose to celebrate my birthday this year with my boyfriend at Fleming’s. Neither of us had been before last night. I made... reservations w/ a note we were celebrating a bday and was surprised to arrive to a table decorated slightly with confetti and anice birthday card. Our waiter was very kind and also brought us two glasses of champagne to celebrate. We started with salads(Caesar and a blue cheese wedge) both were good. The steaks were cooked great (I got the Tomahawk and my bf got the dry agedbone-in ribeye) both cooked as requested and full of flavor. Sides, we shared the Fleming’s potatoes and creamed spinach.Those were also very good. Service was nice and easy given it was a Monday evening. Tables were still open. Went for our anniversary. As someone with a sever food allergy it’s hard to find places that properly separate. Not only was I... able to enjoy the delicious food but our waiter Andrew was wonderful. He took the time to communicate with the kitchen and makesure everything we received we could enjoy without issue. He was friendly and just all around a great human being. Our server, Jorge, was EXCELLENT!! He was pleasant from the beginning to the end. You can tell he is passionate about food and... people! Our food was prepared to a level that is indescribable. My filet mignon was so tender and seasoned perfectly. Myhusband had the bbq salmon and it was just as delicious as my steak. Kudos to the hostess because I made a reservation for adifferent location, being out of town, I didn't know. However, she quickly canceled that reservation and had the table quicklyprepares for my husband's birthday celebration!! They didn't skip a beat from beginning to end!! First time I've been and even though it was a busy Sunday because of Mother's Day, it was a great experience. We sat at the bar... and enjoyed some wine and Long Island's. The bartenders are hands down some of the best I've ever come across. So aware andattentive even while being crazy busy. Pork belly, crab cakes, lobster bisque... we just made a little spread of appetizers toenjoy some different tastes and they were all excellent. First time at Fleming’s and it was incredible. Kerry was exceptional and Steve greeted us as well. The Prime Bone-In was mouth... watering and savory. The Chipotle Mac and Cheese had a great crusted layer with a small kick to keep it interesting to taste.Also, the chocolate lava cake for dessert was the best I have had. 11/10 recommend and will be going back. We have missed out on numerous celebratory events due to bad weather and the dreaded "c" word. I meant Covid by the way. We... finally caught a break and what a treat. Everything was orchestrated perfectly and we now have some great memories to cherishuntil the next time we return. Dinner service was phenomenal. My prime ribeye was probably the juiciest/ tender steak I canrecall having. Everything else was equally delicious. Hats of to Steven and his staff along with a thank you to Jonathan ourserver.
