Don?t ever trust BBQ that takes an hour to prepare for a driver. Don?t waste yours or some poor Uber drivers time.

The ribs tasted like they got thrown in the microwave a few times after spending a few nights in the freezer .... even the BBQ... sauce they impose on customers to buy extra did not help ther ribs taste better... Read more

This is NOT BBQ. This is a joke, it's a chain from the Midwest and has gotten worse since I last had it. Not sure how they made... it to Texas. Over sauced, dry meat, not famous for being good at all. Don't waste your money. Runaway and go to the multipleoptions you have available in the Austin area, there are so many REAL BBQ options. I ordered some ribs and cheese curds last night around 6:30 PM for Delia. At 8 PM, a delivery driver dropped off a bag at my... front door. If my camera didn?t let me know, I wouldn?t have known, since he didn?t knock or ring the doorbell. But no one wasmore surprised than me when I found a bag of food from Johnny Carcano?s. I tried calling Famous Dave?s, but the number on theweb site isn?t even a real number, and the one I found on google just range five times and a computer voice said ?goodbye?. Thefood was cold but I was starving by then. Right now I would not recommend to ever get food delivered from Famous Dave?s. Read more

OMG! Famous Dave?s is awesome! My husband and I travel a lot on business. We always try BBQ in each city. The last trip in... Memphis, TN was trash and should NEVER be called BBQ! But this food from Famous Dave?s was the first restaurant since the lastBBQ mishap. Although we were nervous, You guys did an amazing job! Everything is perfect! I don?t eat baked beans. But I ateyours! The ribs fall off the bone. Brisket is tender and the chopped pork melts in your mouth! I taste & smell the smoke! Therub is making our mouths explode with flavor! We will definitely return! Read more

South Austin location, I ordered the ribs and meat combo, my ribs were like leather, they had to have been cooked earlier that... day or overcooked. Fries have too much salt. Disappointing, and they don't have burnt ends on the menu. I love the one in ElPaso, but this one is a mess. Read more

This is a temporary location for Famous Dave?s BBQ. It is located inside Jonny Carino?s Italian Grill. There in no sign outside... letting customers know Famous Dave?s is inside. They don?t even provide the information in the confirmation email. My family hashad Famous Dave?s in Nashville, TN. However, this food was no where new Dave?s. We ordered the Family feast. You are not able tomake substitutions. The tray and carry bag was great. You need to ask for BBQ sauce they do not include it in the bag. The ribswere good, but not fall off the bone. The chicken is only dark meat. It was well seasoned. The brisket was over cooked andtough. Corn was good, but you should not be able to mess up corn. The beans were fine, but I add BBQ sauce to give it morefavors. The corn beard was great. The wedge fries were not cooked enough and were over salted. We put them in the air fryer toCrisp them up. The coleslaw also came with the side. It was fine for the family. The only side we paid extra for was the Mac andcheese. It was not very cheesy, and not sure why they put corn in it too. Plus re-heating food for the next day was not anybetter. The brisket was even tougher. Overall, this is not a good representation of Famous Dave?s from the East coast. I wouldnot recommend. Read more
