I really like this trailer and their food however if you can't open at your posted times, why bother? The couple that runs the... trailer are very nice yet twice now I've gone to get gyros (far superior to Tinos Greek Cafe) around their 5pm opening, waited25+ minutes and no one shows. Tonight I watched 3-4 cars drive up and then leave since they were still closed and as I wasleaving at 5:30 I saw one of the owners finally pull in. It took me a couple months to find a good Mediterranean place but wow was the wait for it !! This place has never failed me from... their sauce to falafel to chicken! One of us gets spicy falafel with tatziki, the other gets a gyro. Tastes great & fresh every time. I think the falafel is... amazing (great flavor & great texture). The pita bread is delicious. Like others have said, serving sizes are substantial enoughto fill you up. Read more

Houstonian chiming in here ANNNNDDDD my people in Austin were talking this place up and their falafel. Huge bummer because they... were literally out of falafel once we made it. ??????????????? All good. We ordered our food and walked around to check out theother food trucks. Once we made it back to Falafel N' More, the gentleman cookin' it up had made two fresh pieces of falafel forus to taste along with our order. IT WAS sooooo DAMN GOOD!!! The falafel is fresh and flavorful, the salads were fantastic, and the pita was wonderful.
I had the Gyro plate and the fried cauliflower. The fried cauliflower was so moist and delicious, the Gyro plate was a heaping... serving nice and hot. Great flavor awesome customer service, and very reasonable prices. Definitely my new go to for a gyroyumminess! Read more
Tried the chicken shawarma over rice plate, it was fresh and delicious. Their garlic sauce was so good. Must try.
