Wow at my first bite I knew this place was a 5 star. GRILLED SQUID hazelnut chipotle macha,\nchickpea sesame puree, brown... butter, herbs. That dish was chefs kiss to me. The flavor explosion had no words. BUTTERNUT SQUASH cantal mornay, fried sage, wasmy second favorite dish. Delicious. We had a few other dishes also delicious but those two really stood out. CAMARONES \"ELRICAS\" butterflied shell-on shrimp, lime, chile costeño garlic butter was great but for me it was a little hard to eat..Wecan?t wait to go back and try other dishes. Read more

Wonderful \"Suerte of the Sea\" experience. We ordered the carreta tostada, the swordfish tacos, the whole dover, and the... butternut squash. The tostada was flavorful and crunchy, the tacos were battered to perfection and the tortillas were melt inyour mouth warm, the whole dover was plentiful and came with tortillas and kale which made the perfect taco, and the butternutsquash is an underrated diva. Who knew cantal (cheese) sauce and squash go together like peas and carrots? Not me. Our serverLogan was attentive and helpful with recommendations. We will definitely be back to try more of this wonderful menu! Read more

This place was every bit as amazing as I had hoped. I just *had* to know what tuna carnitas taste like (so good!) and the... grilled squid was totally different from anything I\'ve ever had before. Another standout was the coffee ice cream which waspossibly the best ice cream I\'ve ever had. And just for added excellence, unlike so many other restaurants, the place was notdeafeningly loud so we could have a comfortable conversation at the table. We can\'t wait to go back! Read more

Great new addition to the strip of restaurants on Manor. The space is gorgeous and the masa, as always, shines. Oysters and the... tiradito are a nice start and both the fish tacos and the tuna carnitas are winners. The carreta was a bit heavy on the lime, and the pescadilla shell was a lot to handle with the amount of cheese in the dish. The semi freddo has Oaxacan key lime pievibes and was outstanding. Great new Mexican seafood restaurant with lots of raw options and a seafood tower! The menu is quite big with lots of options... for everyone. Grilled shrimp, grilled squid, and clams were a standout dishes but overall everything was great. There is a womanin the kitchen pressing tortillas and grilling them on the plancha to order which is a clear indicator of the quality and careof the food here. The design of the space is absolutely beautiful! Read more

Great vibe and good food. I?d recommend sitting outside at night if you can. Dishes and drinks are very tasty and they all have... something special to offer. We sat outside and the it was great environment to take your time and enjoy yourself and yourcompany.\n\nOur favorite dish was the monk fish and Este Ceviche. Favorite cocktail was the sombra mezcal drink withpomegranate . We?ll be back.\n\nEveryone is really nice here. Read more

The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the tuna was lovely. We would have loved it if the music was less loud, but really a... wonderful experience! Read more

??????????Este ??????????\n\nI was very excited to snag an opening night reservation!\n\nI was a little nervous to go right away... thinking the chefs would be stressed or food would take a while to come out and all of these thoughts were wrong.\n\nStaff wasextremely attentive, knowledgeable, and professional! - Thank you Colette!\n\nSince Este is so new, our waitress guided usthrough the menu with their recommendations and never missed.\n\nTo start I had the Classico Marg - just perfect. Tequila was sosmooth.\n\nAll the food was insanely good, but the unique and incredible dishes were:\n- Tuna Tiradito\n- Grilled Squid\n\nTheother dishes we had, which were amazing, were:\n- La Corona Torta\n- Trout Pulla\n\nThe thing that impressed me the most was thediversity of all the dishes. Even though Este has a certain theme, the dishes tasted of fusion from all over the globe. Thegrilled squid had a Mediterranean twist on it. The Trout Pulla had a comforting cream style sauce paired with it - so flavorfuland great contrast from the Grilled Squid.\n\nWe ended the meal with a fantastic Tart , when paired with Dulce De Leche wasimmaculate for this fall season.\n\nOver all, Este was worth the wait! So tasty, so unique, and so special.\n\nCheers ???? Can?twait to return! ????\n\n(also the table salsa are ???????? ????) Read more
