Even though these are my favorite tortillas I must say, that the attitude of the employees also counts. I came all the way from... Houston, so I decided to get my favorite tortillas. I asked about the tostadas & this lady?s(old 50?s ) attitude just made menot want to buy at all. She just kept answering like I was bothering her. As a former customer service employee I know thatcustomers come first & customers are always right, even if their wrong. She shouldn?t be working there if she?s gonna have anattitude. I wanted to walk out & not buy but I don?t live in the city so I had no choice. She should learn to treat hercustomers kind & with a good attitude, one day she?s gonna run into the wrong person. My 14 yr. old daughter said; she should?vejust told us to leave! Vine desde Houston a comprar tortillas por que son mis favoritas. Pero la verdad quería salir de ahí yno comprar nada. I just moved to Austin from Washington State and when I found out that there was an El Milagro here I got in my car and went in... immediately.
