If management is reading this, here's why you're losing customers. - The drive thru takes entirely too long. I waited about 25... minutes (maybe more) with 2 cars in front of me too get my food. - Paying $3 for a large drink that is a medium everywhere else(and $1 cheaper) - The drive thru girl took a really long time to get me once I got to the window and was not friendly. - Luckily I checked my order because it was missing chips. - This b experience cost me $23. The bagels are not huge and chips arethe smallest bag in one flavor. Do better. The revenue profit has to 3-4x your cost. It's time to rethink the customerexperience, at this location anyways. Drive thru is slow but well worth the wait, amazing quality, very filling, and very easy on the stomach compared to every other... drive thru around. Edit: I don't think I gave them enough credit, the whataburgers nearby can have an hour wait sometimes andEinstein bagels has NEVER come anywhere remotely close to that. This is the only drive thru I go to when they're open to behonest. Read more
Not one to write reviews but truly terrible experience today. I ordered 1 bagel and waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes... before deciding to go in. Once I went inside, not one person engaged me and all the workers continued on other orders.
