During a time where there are so many staffing shortages and therefore restaurants running poorly, it?s important to recognize... those who can deliver a good product and experience. Just received the best customer service I?ve received in a while at theAnderson location. There were 3 employees who helped me; Leslie, tig and David. All very friendly and attentive. I came induring a busy time for them, they were in the middle of trying to complete a huge order, yet still made sure to take care of mein a timely fashion AND with smiles. The only reason I stop going is because online... ordering is so terrible and unreliable. 20 minutes for a bagel with butter? It's one thing if the store is busy, another iftheir system is terrible. This is a chain of stores I have seen around so I stopped in here for a late morning snack today. They allow inside dining as... well as curbside pick up. The restaurant is clean, offers WI-Fi, and has restrooms for customers. Selection includes bagels, bagel sandwiches, beverages, snacks. I enjoyed a delectable French toast bagel with honey-almond schmear. Prices arereasonable and staff is efficient and pleasant. I will try these folks again, based on my experience. Stopped in and wasdisappointed to not get the good service I hoped for...wished I was asked if I wanted my bagel toasted. I did, and got a coldbagel. Came in from Houston for ACL festival and I needed a good breakfast spot, something filling and good coffee. I had been to... Einstein Bro Bagels before and decided this one was most convenient where we were staying. Julissa warmly welcomed my wife and Iin and was patient while we oriented ourselves with the menu. We enjoyed the spot enough we made it our morning stop for theduration of the trip. The hospitality, excellent coffee, and of course big selection of bagels prepared in many ways make this asure stop. On our last day we loaded up on bagels for the family, including a box of DOGGY BAGELS! We seriously need y?all inHouston and I will certainly seek this location out again when visiting Austin. This is my local Einstein's, and I've been patronizing them a few years. Their bagels are always fresh: soft and chewy. The... shmears are seasoned well. Their sandwich materials are fresh.
