Avoid this location if possible! The other day we went 30 minutes before closing time which was at 10 and they were closed, but... it wasn?t the first time that they close this location early. My family and I just went through the drive-thru at 7:20 pm onSept 5, 2022 and one of the employees was so rude and slammed the drink down, rolled his eyes and walked away. I understand weall go through things in life but that doesn?t give him a reason to be rude. It?s obvious that he hates his job. I?ve beencoming to this location for over 3 years and I have never had an issue with the staff prior to the ones working there right now.Please hire people who have better customer service and are going to treat their customers with a little more respect. Donuts were good. They were Tasty and warm, 4?. Unfortunately the Coffee was really unpleasant.. it tasted also very watered... down. Customer Service was fast and nice. Minus the coffee it was okay. Read more
I have come to this place twice for coffee and food. I am giving it two stars because at least the coffee was decent. But every... time I have come here, the food has tasted like they submerged it in soap. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich one day andthen tried again and ordered the omelet bites. Cheers to those who showed up to work! Workers are rude and slow. Stuffed donut inside half open bag without adding the wax... paper sheet. Maybe they don't add those anymore but who wants their frosting stuck to the bag? Then order is given missing itemswithout being told it's coming. Worst Dunkin ever!! Horrible experience at this Dunkin. The staff greeted the car in front of me but asked him to wait. After 10 minutes, they came... back over the speaker to let him know they were "closed" when it turned exactly 8pm, despite having all of us in linewaiting. I will forevermore rate this store a one star on every survey due to this. Read more
As you can see they gave me a bitten donut I didn?t see it until I got home kept calling them NO ONE ANSWERED and I can?t go... back now so the whole donut box is going to the trash because of their incompetence and horrible service. Read more
Probably the worst place I have ever gotten coffee. Staff is extremely rude. They closed the lobby and made me wait in a 30 min... line to get my order that I ordered ahead of time online. I called and asked if they could walk my coffee out and they refused.I also told them there was at least six cars in line and she said ?ma?am there is only two? when I?m looking right at them. ????She also said ?it is not a 30 minute line? when I?ve waited in a dunkin line many times, and I?ve also already been sitting forten minutes and I?m not even half way to the front.
