Food is always good at Double Dave?s but most recent experience at this location was not great. We were verbally quoted 30-35... minutes. Waited 45 minutes then asked. Ended up waiting 1:05hr for our food without any answers before then. Asked a fewdifferent employees that walked away and never came back. Kind of insulting. Several people who ordered after walked out withtheir food before us. Coming from the service industry We rarely complain at restaurants but certainly won?t return to thislocation due to customer service. Read more

Your impersonal in store ordering system sucks, your additional charge of $1.75 for a 3oz cup of red sauce to an order of... pepperoni rolls is a bit ridiculous. I guess next time I will order 10 individual rolls and get a 1.5oz sauce per roll included,plus a box for each. You found ways to cut costs but yet you charge even more.. Not sure I will be back. The pepperoni rolls are a crowd pleaser. Their thin crust pizza leaves much to be desired, so stick with regular crust or end up... still being hungry. And at these price????, you definitely want to be satiated. 1 large veggie pizza with cheese sticks and adozen pepperoni rolls will set you back over $60 so... be prepared for that. Read more

We forgot a medium pizza at the store, and they called us up to let us know. When we arrived back at the store, they not only... baked us up a fresh pizza to take home nice and warm, but they were super friendly with that Texas hospitality. Everything about Double Dave's was 5 stars: the customer service, the quality and taste of the food, and the delivery. I had no... issues with their online ordering (as mentioned in other reviews) and was able to find a coupon on their website for a greatdeal on two large pizzas for delivery on a Friday, and I recommend checking for their daily coupon to see what the special is.For even just a simple 1-topping pizza, Double Dave's has successfully achieved the impossible by creating the perfect ratio oftoppings to crust.
