Had a breakfast here with family for my daughter?s graduation. We reserved the room with the Chimney. Mary went above and beyond... and ordered pan dulce for our event. It was freshly made and so delicious! The food and service is great as well! We went to have a drink and sat in the bar Ruben was our bartender. Very pleasant young man. Drinks were great he was not over... the top he was just perfect. Good conversation and he carry?s all the quality?s of a manager. Very professional Ruben makesdos Mary?s look good. Food was good but we will be back to see Ruben. He makes you feel like u are home ! I was greeted very warmly by the owner and by uplifting music. The restaurant's colorful decor and staff made me feel welcome.... I ordered the Combo Ranchero. It came with the usual rice and beans. The Ranchero was very tasty with beef, chicken, peppers,onions, and tomatoes. The meal was quite filling and satisfying! I saw many families here enjoy the food and the service. I have been on hunt for really good Chilaquiles recently. I found another pretty good version at Dos Marys! I went there early... on a Saturday morning (they open at 7am Daily!) I ordered the Chilaquiles with eggs and added chicken. There was a choice ofchicken fajita meat or shredded and I chose shredded chicken. There is also a choice of sauces for the chilaquiles: Guajillo,Ranchero, Tomatillo or Chipotle. I chose their excellent Ranchero sauce which was full of flavor and not too spicy. The saucewas filled with a great tomato flavor and slices of sautéed onions & bell pepper. I ordered the Chilaquiles with scrambled eggsand they came with a good portion of refried beans & fried potatoes. In my opinion the only think ?lacking? were the veryaverage packaged flour tortillas that came with breakfast. That extra effort with homemade tortillas, makes all the difference! Read more
