Tried to order on the app. Got a notification to call the store. Called and a very nice lady answered. Then she had to put me on... hold and the guy that picked up after was very rude. After waiting, he said that my gift card wouldn?t process and there wasnothing he could do. My credit card was charged twice because of the order I tried to place on my phone. Jerald is amazing for getting here on a bike. I appreciate that alot and wish I had cash on me to tip him. il take a note to... stop by soon and tip him for that. who ever cooked my bread twist the first time made cookies which was awful. phone servicewas rude.but thank you for making the order again. The store was a mess . Crew without hats . Some with aprons some without . The oven tender dropped a sandwich on the ground and... picked it up with his hands and started to cut my pizza and I requested that he not and the man with the backwards hat told methat the guy was fine . Can of tomatoes open just sitting there . No dates or labels on open food . The general manager wasvery rude . I requested the district managers number and messaged him several times with no response . And when I emailed thefranchise they never responded . Read more
Edit: I updated my review based on more experiences. None of us are only us at our worst. ----- When I opened my pizza box, it... looked like someone had shaken the box. I had to put the pieces back together like a puzzle just to make sure the whole pizzawas there. And despite living right down the street, my pizza was cold. Not warm or anything like it. COLD. This isn't normalfor this location but I tried calling the store twice to have it rectified and couldn't get through to a person. Read more
Just watched a driver from this store speed thru a 4way stop sign in the rain in a residential neighborhood va few blocks away.... Black Hyundai Santa Cruz. I would not trust sketchy losers like this to make or deliver a food safe pizza. If they can't followsimple traffic laws they almost definitely don't follow food safety or wash hands. Gross. Read more
