After reading some reviews I'm realizing that this is a trend with this store. The person operating the phone is incredible rude... and condescending, between the initial delivery "attempt" and re"attempt" was 4 and a half hours before they just canceled myorder and hung up. Because of how dominos does delivery, I can't do delivery any more. I guess that will be good for mywaistline. Read more
I don't know what it is about this particular Domino's or maybe it's just the Brooklyn style crust or sauce... But the pizza... seems exceptionally good here. I'm more of a pint-house pizza kind of guy myself but for Domino's this rocks. Also the ladythat reads me when I go in to pick up my order is always super on point and very friendly. I been in this store as a customer buying pizza about 6 years, and today I went to pick up my order and I need to go to the... restroom so I asked for the key cause I know was for customers too, but a black Ladie and also a guy named Matthew told me thatthe restroom only for employees. I m a diabetes person and I have to go somewhere else but I couldn't make it and my pants gotwet...I don't think I will go back to this store anymore. Everything was delivered hot and it wasn't over cooked! Delivery wait times can get a bit long sometimes (that is the only... reason I gave 4 stars and not 5) but for the most part, the food is always delicious! Read more
New worst dominos experience ever. Normally they are my go to for reliability but this location was atrocious. Ordered on the... app at 6:27. Called at 7 and was told they are taking 30-40 minutes and my pizza was headed into the oven and should be out fordelivery soon. At 7:45 I called again and was told I?m still 41 in line and they are 1.5-2 hours out from delivering my order.Wasted my time and night and my two small children had to go to bed hungry due to their lying at the first call. Same experience as sandy. 45 minutes after order and it?s still in ?prep? on the app. Calling and holding still, but no one... picks up. I have had my call disconnected a few times, but just call back and keep holding trying to get a refund. Update. Got someone on the phone after 1 hour. Was able to pick up the order in person but still had a 30min wait at that point. Stillgot charged tip and delivery fee when the whole order should be refunded. 2 hour wait to be able to pick up a carry out pizza. Read more
The second time I've ordered from this place and the order hasn't progressed passed being prepared after 1 hours 20 minutes.... Last time it took over two hours before my order was delivered and it arrived cold. Other times I've had my order under 30minutes. This will be the last time I order from a Dominoes in this area. Edit: We're now at 1 hours and 45 minutes, my order isnow on it's way. After reading several reviews it's clear the management or ownership of this franchise has no interest incustomer service since this has been going on for over a year. Replying back to offer coupons to a business that can't providereasonable services isn't acceptable. I understand that business in these time can be difficult but when I can order fromanother local service that uses gig delivery and get my order under half the time for similar prices, as a business you need toevaluate your viability and adjust accordingly. This store doesn?t even deserve 1 star. We placed our order at 8:00 and was told it would be about an hour and a half wait. We... accepted that wait time quote but when an hour and a half passed we called the store at 9:38 and was told it was actually a 2and a half hour wait and the wait time quoted was incorrect online and by the store associate. The online tracker showed ourorder was checked for quality at 9:15 but it didn?t arrive to us until 10:05 pm, 2 hours later and our entire order was dry and barely warm. When I spoke to Lyndsay all she had was sorry excuses. Then the driver had the nerve to get upset when we didn?ttip. This store is GARBAGE and if you want a tip EARN IT! You can?t give sorry garbage service and expect your customers to behappy about it! If they would have quoted the correct time to begin with we would have had the option to take our businesselsewhere but we weren?t given that opportunity! Prices keep going up and service keeps going down!!!! Read more
